Are Asians This Much Tall?

I saw posts in asian subs. Indians talking like here 5'9-5'10 is average. Koreans and Chinese talking 5'10-5'11 is average and even then feeling short.

Lmao I thinking this is not even average for America. What you guys are talking about🤣🤣

As a tall teenager, the worst thing happened to me today: I reached 7 feet💔💔💔

I really don't understand, I'm 19, i thought I'd stop at 6ft11

Being a 7 footer is scare bc people will be even more annoying when they know my height. And it also means that i might be still growing which is insane💀💀i

I really wish I was shorter.

I 20m feel extremely oversized for my personality. I don’t like to feel like I’m looking down on people. I’m a soft soul. I enjoy looking up to people and I prefer to be eye level with most women. I’m 5’6.3 but I wish I was 5’3-5’5 instead. As a college student in the US I am just barely under the average of 5’7-5’9 for males. I’m average height globally. It pains me because maybe if something in my life went differently I’d be 5’3-5’5 instead. Like I was this close to my perfect height. I wear the flattest shoes I can now, if only I drank less milk I think?

HELLO FELLOW TALL TEENAGERS

Hi! This is one of my first posts ever so bare with me. I am super tall (6’10”) and I love sitting at a desk for gaming or working or anything. Chairs have always been such a huge problem so I would love to solve this problem for society (starting with me) by starting a freakin business! My goal is to make chairs for not only tall people, but anybody who has trouble with office chairs that are built for the middle 80% of height (very willing to focus on more than just height later down the line). My goal right now is to see how many people would like to see a change in the office chairs industry and decide to put an end to their back pain! (i have ZERO knowledge on engineering, design, business, or marketing, also apparently i should clarify that i am not trying to sell anything yet.)
So, I’d love to ask,

  1. What do chairs get all wrong for you?

  2. Would a more height-personalized chair be a game changer or am i nuts for thinking of this?

How Old/Tall were you before your spurt?

I just was wondering it’s interesting how many really early and equally really late bloomers are on here my entire family on both sides are late bloomers the exception is my mother and she’s one of the only women under 5’7 in her family.

Is there actually any way to increase height after 20? 😅

I’m around 20 and my height has been almost the same for the last 4–5 years . Beard is fully developed too, so I feel puberty is probably over.

Online I keep seeing videos about stretches, hanging, supplements, posture fixes, “grow 3 inches naturally” etc, but I honestly don’t know what’s real and what’s fake marketing.

Has anyone genuinely increased height after 20–21? Even 2–3 cm? Or is it mostly impossible once growth plates close?

Would appreciate honest answers and real experiences instead of motivational YouTube stuff 🙏

Torso length increase

I've had a bad lifestyle for four years, since I was 14, and now I'll be 18 in five months. I've been addicted to the computer and have been sitting in bad posture for eight to ten hours a day for four years, so you can imagine how awful my back feels.I want to correct the curvature of my spine and straighten it again. I also want to increase its height by 2 or 3 centimeters. I'd appreciate it if correcting the curvature is possible. I read that the torso continues to grow until age 21, and my family has a history of height increases after 18 Are there any specific exercises or hormones I can take that might help me in this regard?
