My friend was not able to submit their Medical Document on time and also there was an issue with the sem results too... Now I got this mail is it a big issue, and now will the offer letter be revoked or I will get getting a chance again for the next batch.... What will the next steps now after this. They are really paranoid about it and even me too.

I’m currently working at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer with a package of 7 LPA, and my in-hand salary is around 52k per month.
I graduated in 2024 with a B.Tech degree. During college, I mainly aimed for Product-Based Companies and targeted SDE/Software Engineer roles, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to crack them, partly due to my skill level at that time.
Recently, I attempted GATE 2026 (CSE) and scored 41 marks. At present, my domain in TCS is Data Engineering.
I wanted to ask for genuine guidance from experienced people here:
Is Data Engineering a good domain in the long run?
Do Product-Based Companies hire Data Engineers frequently?
If they do, are the salaries and growth opportunities comparable to SDE roles?
Would it be better to continue building my career in Data Engineering, or should I seriously prepare for GATE 2027?
I’m open to honest suggestions and advice from people who have experience in these fields.

I interviewed on 8th may chennai for prime role. My friend also interviewed same day as mine(8th may chennai) for prime role. He received OL for diaital on 18th may morning and also I have seen some posts and comments in reddit that they also interviewed on 8th may, chennai and got OL 18th may
Should I consider it as rejection and move on?

I have completed the courses assigned to me in xplore now what should I do? Will I get other courses or will there be any offline exams before joining letter or just wait for the joining letter.
My TCS reschedule request (health reason) was approved on March 17, but the Xplore/track application portal still shows my old joining timeline/date. I haven’t received a revised joining letter yet, only automated responses from support. •Has anyone faced the same situation after reschedule approval? •Did your portal update later? •How long did it take to receive the revised joining letter? Any real experiences would help.🙌🏻
I have recently gave my final exam , and my result is expected by julyand my joining date is 4th june .

I have read tcs document upload guidlines they said birth certificate is compulsory. 10 th marksheet or birth affadivat are temporary. Is it true.....I have 10 th marksheet which mentions correct DOB.if we only submit that is it ok .pls confirm this who have joined tcs already is 10 th marksheet is enough for birth certificate section

I have a 2.5 month Ilp recently joined tcs mumbai location.. Can you take two half days during ilp for passport and personal reasons. I just need 2 half days.
I have checked all the payslips I received over the last year, and I could only clearly see the employee PF deduction from my salary. I couldn’t find any separate employer PF contribution being reflected.
So I’m a bit confused:
Is the employer PF contribution already included within our CTC?
Or is TCS contributing that amount separately from their side?
If yes, where exactly can we see it in the payslip or in compensation structure?
Would really appreciate if someone working in TCS or familiar with the salary structure could clarify this. Thanks!

Why the tcs have given this mail instead of our joining. ....waiting since 2 months got offer letter in March ( Mumbai region) .
