Hello! I would like to ask if a teacher who has been posting and commenting a lot of hate and mockery to a certain religion, can it be grounds for filing a complaint? I know we have freedom of speech, but shouldnt a teacher show kindness and compassion regardless of what religion and political stance?

She is a teacher in OB montessori pampanga.
