Matthew Brown is the guy who wrote the original “Immaculate Constellation” report that Jeremy Corbell gave to Congress in 2024. He later went public on the Weaponized podcast in 2025. The claim is that Immaculate Constellation is an unacknowledged special access program that uses AI to pull UAP imagery and data off classified military/intelligence servers.

He’s been saying for a while that he still has more he can’t talk about because of NDAs / classification, and that the only real way forward is formal presidential immunity/waiver.

Fox is basically amplifying that request right now.

Curious what people think — is immunity actually realistic under Trump, or is this just more theater?

Superficially, when hearing about telepathy, one might think its not really such a big deal. Just a different species using a different kind of language. But when you read the actual experiencer accounts, it quickly becomes clear that something far stranger is going on.

So lets look at an actual example of telepathy from an experiencer:

It so happens that the main mod (u/Oak_Draiocht) from the r/experiencers sub recently went public with his experiences.

His initial experience (timestamp 4:27) started in the 90s at age six. I recommend everyone to watch this interview, because it really gives an insight to what is happening with experiencers. But i know 99% of people wont watch it, so here is the TLDR version:

[...] I did get a sense of being almost like a politician or someone who's trying to make the case of this to other people, who are officially going to try to make the case of this to humanity in some way"

This was all prior (2021) to Karl Nell (2024) saying almost exactly the same words:

Pre 2024 posts by Conor Sisk, using that sentence

I did a quick check on his X timeline, and found many times he used that sentence before Karl Nell did:

• Jan 2024: "Non human intelligence exists, is here and is interacting with our species"
• March 2023: "Non human intelligence exists and is interacting with our species."
• Jan 2023: "Non human intelligence exists and is interacting with our species. 100%."
• Nov 2023: "Non human intelligence is real and interacting with humanity. Experiencers are [...]"
• July 2023: "A world where non human intelligence is real and interacting with our species"
• May 2023: "[...] the reality that NHI exists and is interacting with people on this planet will [...]"

There are many many more posts, going back further in time. So NHI told him that sentence could be the "elevator pitch" version of disclosure, and hes been using it often since then. And btw i think Bigelow in his recent interview said he advised Trump to use a similar line "NHI has been here a long time". Cant find the exact quote.

Again, i recommend you watch the full interview, much more is said, and you can tell the chap is deadly serious, the real deal, and it has completely transformed his life

Kirk McConnell: experiencers are a repository of information of why NHI is here

Recently Kirk McConnell said the following. He is somewhat "in the know", since he was a senate staffer that was in many of the meetings where whistleblowers testified.

So i think times are changing. Its time we pay more attention to the people who have had direct contact with NHI, sometimes for many decades.

Telepathy: technology or something more?

Telepathy of course has long been dismissed. In ufology it is accepted somewhat more, because of virtually all NHI contact is reported as telepathic. But even there, many reject it, since it doesnt fit in the 20th century worldview. Or people will propose its just some advanced kind of technology. That makes it digestable.

Myself i dont think its just technology, for one because the experiences are far stranger than just communication (see the experiencer account above, life review, future self, afterlife, etc). Also, most cases of telepathy have nothing to do with UFOs, and happen sporadically to ordinary people.
