My mother got this for me as a kid and I would like to know where she bought it. It would have been purchased in the late 90's. Thank you!

I know this bear comes from the heritage collection and specifically Ganz, however when I search for it I only find results for jointed bears and Teddy is not jointed. I've had her as long as I can remember and I'm turning 26 so not sure if that gives you a timeline of when I got her. She's my favorite bear plush I have and I'd like to get a second newer one if possible so any help finding the name or exact type of Teddy she is will be appreciated.

I have had this teddy bear since I was born in 2001 ive never been able to find one that looks exactly like him id love to find a newer one to keep with him as hes not in the greatest shape anymore. If anyone is able to help id be very appreciative

My cuddle buddy Greyson was long overdue for a proper brushing, so this evening, whilst watching TV, I gave him a good long brushing.

I started with my wire bristle pet brush to get out any fuzzies and dust and other debris (that's actually how I clean him- due to this type of fur, I'm scared to get him wet). The pet brush also helps get rid of the mattes in his fur and fluff him up.

Then I got my boar bristle hairbrush to smooth out his fur.

I know the before and after pictures don't look drastically different, but that's not the point of me brushing him. It's mainly just to clean him and make him soft and fluffy feeling again! 😊

I've been really obsessed with this guy lately! I love his design, and I love how different each one in my collection is. There's a couple more I think, but I'm in no hurry to complete this 😊

My first Teddy bear was too big to be as loved as Ted but Theo is still a well loved bear 🐻 💖

Hi it would be lovely if anyone knows where I could acquire another one of these,this is much over 20 years old and has been passed round.If I’m not mistaken the outside was possibly pink but faded over the years.I would love to have a few to add to the collection.Thankyou!

Google lens said it could be a Margaret strong museum signed steiff bear but the signature is faded and not recognized. It says something like Spark’s or Sparkis with a date and batch number? Thank you

Being a CNA and future nurse this next year I figured after 38 years it was time to give Ted a functional zipper so I can clean him safely abd replace dirty stuffing more frequently. I’ve been curious if maybe he’s be harboring all my hospital germs I’ve probably brought home and getting me sick more often 😬😅

This bear was gifted to me by my Nona in the mid 1990's. I believe he was purchased from "big lots" in the United States but I could be mistaken. He has a plastic nose and his eyes were more visible before he was so loved. He has no tag on his behind, but I know the tag was on the lower (I believe left side) as he had a hole where the tag had been removed that had to be stitched up. He has no tail. I don't recall a ribbon but if there was I believe it would have been a silky brown one similar to his color. He has no function (as in no talking, electronic buttons etc). My cousin has an identical one (the one in this photo) and I unfortunately lost mine during an unfortunate time in my life. I have been searching for a duplicate for years. Alternatively, if there is someone who is skilled enough to create a close replica, that would be sufficient.

Today I visited the Teddy Bear Exhibition at the Toy Worlds Museum in Basel, Switzerland. I can really recommend it if you’re in the region.

There are so many bears: vintage teddies, little scenes and displays.

I took some photos and am sharing a few of them.

Not from US, maybe Singapore or Russia. 2006-2010 maybe? It’s my girlfriend’s childhood bear and I want to surprise her with a brand new fresh looking bear (not to replace hers of course) PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
