I'm 14F, 5'4''-ish, and weight around 155 lbs. I genuinely hate looking at my body because I feel like I am ugly and fat.
I don't typically do a whole lot of physical activity/sports because I'm not good at them and I feel like an embarrassment to who I'm playing with. However, I am in a Girl Scout program called Mariners that has caused me to become more active.
Besides that, I feel like I can't wear the things I want or look the way I wish I did because of my body type. I constantly wish I was skinnier and it kind of throws my mental health in a spiral.
Please, please be honest with me. Am I overweight? Is there anything I can do to lose weight or feel more confident about the way I look that can avoid intense physical activity? Or am I just a lost cause?

Like I have a good amount of friends but I want someone to prioritize ME not anyone else and none of my friends rly do that so like what if I find someone good enough for my standards but somehow has no friends and then become their best friend so they become really attached to me as a friend and I wouldn't leave them but I want them to prioritize me
