My Android dongle quit working does telly give replacements?

My telly tv suddenly restarted and keeps restarting over and over again trying to apply updates that do not exist, its restarted over 30 times and ive tried unplugging it for 5 seconds and holding the button and just leaving it powered off for a bit, replacing the batterys in the conroller, unplugging it from ethernet (which did work but cant really do much like that), and so on, anything else i should try?, already shot a message to support.

all the advertisements cool, the tv is in my garage, im in there every weekend, i keep bottom one always on, now i want to listen to music and it gives me an error with bandwith

The mood lighting and built in widgets look really cool! I know it can take a while to hear back, but I can't wait! What are some of your favorite features of the Telly?

Has anyone else had issues since the last update? Ever since my telly won't play the sound from anything plugged into the hdmi ports. It's really starting to bother me.
