I'm looking to invest in a decent 3 bed flat in Mumbai and this project by Wadhwa was recommended by a few people. My brother recently purchased a place of an almost identical configuration (butterfly layout - my primary reason of interest) in Wadhwa's Asteria by Courtyard in Thane for 4.3 crores and has spoken very highly of the builder and their management in terms of ease with all administrative duties as well as post sale services. My budget is between 4 to 4.5 crores. I'm not looking to move in as I'm based in London and only considering TW gardens cause I'd like to own a nice place in my hometown. My wife was born and raised in Thakur Village and is well versed with the neighborhood with her parents residing in Vasant Sagar so that's another reason we're considering this. I'd appreciate knowing the going market rate (including for resale flats) and rental prices, although if I do buy a flat here, I'm looking to keep it for good. Essentially I wanna know if it's value for money or I should look elsewhere. Thanks

Hi, I'm 27M. I have a lot of experience in haircare all thanks to my ex. I love long hair on girls and she had pretty long hair. She had some issues with hair thinning initially so I used to help her out with oiling, serums, Hairwash and regular follow ups if I don't do it.
Her hair got so much better eventually even longer and good volume. After we broke up she did suggest I should go for it Professionally. But I am too shy to do that and I don't have a setup plus I have my other profession a career I love. She suggested visiting help for anyone who's lazy enough to do it themselves?
Sounded like a very good idea. Didn't really initiate and now it's been a year I have a gf and I feel maybe I can do it professionally starting with visiting help.

Any opinions on it and also how do you guys think a girl would take it knowing how much I like long hair on girls?
