Is it normal for ID cards to have DOBs that are in the future?

I only just noticed this cause I just started checking the date of birth on the ID cards but... So many of them are dated in the future for the current year in the game?? Idk if this is a dumb question but I feel like kinda crazy cause so many characters have it. Like for example the one I'm looking at right now, the current year is 1955 but the DOB says 09/1965??? I don't know how I didn't notice it before...

Here’s important points though:

-Nachosama will work on updating TNMN (steam version) after some other of his projects and wants to hear feedback from players about potential things he can change/add.

-He’s also going to modify the game engine to be compatible with OpenGL3 which will solve the render issues people had with Vulkan. I’ve seen a lot of posts on this subreddit having issues running the game because their devices couldn’t support Vulkan, so I hope this news helps.
