I ordered a Tanchjim Bunny DSP recently and it has developed severe channel imbalance and the overall volume has also dropped significantly; it is at less than half if I go by windows volume percentage. Does this fall under the scope of warranty? If it does, do I have to bear shipping for the whole round-trip?

You all may have seen concept cart getting hate for their slow and non responsive service.

Now look at this.

Spend money on The Audio Store on 23rd June, Received damaged product and still no resolution given.

Their team is just saying "it will take another 5 days" Then "It will take another 15 days"

Like seriously?

At this point I feel like getting scammed considering the responses as if they just want to push things ahead and not want to do any action.

Finally ordered this product after doing so much research, people has mixed opinion about this product some says it good some says it is garbage but idk why i am not much excited about it this is going to be my first iem, the first iem that i had was kz edx pro, some days ago i bought audiocular sparc dac and i have soundcore q20i as well. Do you guys have anything to say about thjs product. The main reason i bought it because i want something which last atleaset for 2 to 3 year i will take care of it, And i like arijit songs how it would sound along with that i i want to feel the instrument that is the biggest reason i cjose this over zero 2 or bunny i know they are most loved iem but after brainstorming with claude quite a bit that finally suggested this the logic behind that was you already have soundcore q20i which has bass u should go with something which is cleaner and neutral and cca pheonix fits there i still have time if you guys have anything to say please share your thought i would be love to read that is it and one more thing since I alredy own a dac it will sound more clear in pheonix than any other iem like red lion or zero2. Please share your thought.
