Incident 003: My Signature Appears on Forms I’ve Never Seen
I found a maintenance request in my mailbox.
The signature was mine.
The handwriting was mine.
The date was yesterday.
I did not write it.
The request said only one thing.
Please stop knocking after midnight.
Building records show the complaint was received.
And answered.
No one in this building admits hearing anything.
I checked the form again before going upstairs.
At the bottom of the page, beneath my signature, there was a second note.
In the same handwriting.
