Need help making my first cape

Hello, I'm looking for help/advice on how to make my first cape. My project is to recreate a cape I saw in an anime (images attached). I tried to include as many angles as possible. After doing some research, I'm not sure whether it should be a full circle, 3/4 circle, or semicircle cape. I would really appreciate any advice, since this is my first sewing project and I really want to get it right. Thank you very much! (Sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'm using a translator.)

Feel the Swoosh! Wearing a garment that moves with you is exceptionally powerful. Magical! Whimsical. Even intoxicating.

What's your fondest memory involving a cape or cloak?

My fondest memory must be when I wore my cloak to McDonalds (yes, I wore a cloak to McDonalds) and a stranger complimented it and asked where I had bought it. The threshold is very high for a Norwegian to reach out to a random stranger like that, so I was very surprised and figured they must have really liked it. Afterwards I felt confident enough to have a cloak photoshoot with my friend in the city, which was a lot of fun!

Now I'd love to hear your fondest memory!

Beaded fringe mesh cape

Hi creative folk! I’m going to attempt to make a version of the Rat & Boa Josephine cape. https://www.ratandboa.com/products/josephine-cape?ft-nostoSearchEnabled=true&mrasn=1647386.2056487.dpaqb56O

I am a crafty person, but I’ve never tried sewing/beading onto tulle, which the base of the cape seems to be made of. Any advice anyone has about how to approach this project would be much appreciated, particularly around how to avoid the beaded fringe from ripping the tulle when worn. I’m considering trying to buy a pre-made capelet, then doing the beading with fringe I make or pre-made beaded fringe.

I’m based in London, so any local tips would also be welcome (helpful craft groups, places to source materials).

Thanks so much! ✨

Searching for a wedding cloak designer

Hello! I am trying to help a bride find a designer to custom create a cloak for her wedding ceremony.

Would anyone have some recommendations for artists?

She’s looking for velvet, very long, and fantasy esc. There is no budget

Sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask for help with this kind of thing, but I was a little stumped.
