I (26 M) recently got a dog and we have a dog park area at my apartment but the first time we went a bigger dog tried to “mount” him and every time we go there’s usually no other dogs. He’s very sociable and friendly and I’m afraid he’ll get lonely by himself but we can’t afford another dog right now. Does anybody know any nice dog parks or would like to make a puppy friend?
Is there an open soccer/football field or track that the public can access to exercise on? I'm new in town and I haven't seen anything that appears to be open.
We used Dr. Fred Holt at The Colony Animal Clinic until his retirement, then switched to North Colony Animal Clinic...our 14 year old dog became quite ill of a Friday morning, I immediately called to try to get him in, but they refused to see him, said they could see him on MONDAY. We had to take him that evening to an emergency clinic in Carrollton...where he passed away.
So we just adopted a new dog. Does anyone have a vet they adore? Preferably with emergency services available in house? Thanks!
