The Lincoln Lawyer | S02E01 "The Rules of Professional Conduct" | ⭐ 9/10 | [REVIEW]
I confess, it's been so long that I got the ending of this season with Season 1, somehow managing to forget everything in between. This will, for all intents and purposes, be my first time seeing Season 2 altogether.
And I'm stoked.
Naming Your Child
Nothing against Mickey and Maggie, but if your last name is "Haller," would you name your kid, "Hayley?" ---> *Hayley Haller*. Kids can be cruel. I guess it could have been worse: "Holly."
Micky's contact for his ex-wives
I'm new to The Lincoln Lawyer. Why does Mickey save his ex-wives' names as "First Wife" and "Second Wife" in his phone rather than using their names?
Magic Bullet thought
I was revisiting my favorite episode of the serie that is Magic Bullet Redux, and I have something in my mind I just need to ask. Specially if there is a lawyer.
In the series it lest clear that, the hole case of the people is the amount of gsr on Elliot hands and that he has a motive to do it. And was something consisting and the argument of Mickey all the case, that when the detective see that got blindsight and stop looking, so when Mickey fires the magic bullet and reveal that the gsr and for transference of Eli Wyms. Wouldn't the people think they were wrong all time because all his case was base on that fact???
Wouldn't the ethicall think here saying "We didn't know that so now we don't have any prof of him doing it so we drop the charges"?
Do they just continue for ego or they just can't stop at that point?
Looking for the aerial El Porto / Manhattan Beach artwork from The Lincoln Lawyer office (Netflix) – anyone know the artist?
Hi everyone! I've been searching for a long time for a specific piece of artwork that hangs in the Haller & Associates office set in The Lincoln Lawyer (Netflix). It's a large-format aerial photography print showing El Porto Beach in Manhattan Beach, CA — with the beach, ocean waves, and residential buildings all visible from above.
I've attached:
- A screenshot from Season 3, Episode 1 "La Culebra" (timestamp ~34:45) showing the artwork on the wall
- A similar aerial photo of El Porto I found on photosbykag.com (same motif, same angle — but NOT the exact print I'm looking for)
- The exact location: El Porto Beach, Manhattan Beach, CA (around 40th–45th Street area)
The artwork is very large (likely oversized canvas or print), horizontal format, warm golden tones in the sand, turquoise ocean, and clearly shows the residential neighborhood of El Porto from a bird's eye view.
Does anyone know the artist or where this specific print can be purchased? Any help is greatly appreciated — I've been looking for months!
