Littles lamp vs. DIY lamp

The Littles' lamp (middle) is so cute, but it's small, so it's less likely to still be around for sale on places like ebay & etsy. So I DIY'd a few of my own lamps based on the Littles' original one. I used buttons, beads, & super glue to make these lamps. Which one is your favorite of the three?

Is your collection from childhood or more modern?

Mine is a recent addition to my dollhouse collection. I discovered this line like two or three years ago & have been collecting ever since.

Free pop-up room setting with purchase!

Did you know that some sets came with a free pop-up room setting? They are basically a three panel room box made of chipboard, and they have pop-out pieces of furniture. I have three or four of them, but they are buried at the moment. I will share pics of them in the future though. Do you have any?

A few updates on my collection

Firstly, my doll stands have been printed!! Check them out in the first pic. Secondly, my ebay package has finally made it to the states, after almost two weeks in England!
What updates do you have in your collection?

What kind of dollhouse person are you?

Do you glue things down to shelves & walls? Do you use temporary adhesives? Do you just balance things, try not to bump into anything, and hope for the best? Or do you set up & take down each time you play?

I don't like glueing things down, bc I love to add and redecorate. I use museum wax for everything. It doesn't leave any staining like poster putty does, & you don't see it under your mini like you do with poster putty. I also have this transparent museum gel stuff, but I haven't used it often enough to be able to give a good report on its function. I kinda tried it once & preferred my wax, so...yeah.

The Littles Dishes

Did you know that the Littles kitchen sets came in two different varieties? One variety came with red dishes, & the other came with yellow dishes! Which do you have in your collection?
