(This Tier List data is compiled from Pro Players, Streamers and Youtubers, like Bogur, Necros, Trqstme, Fauwkz, Lyte Ect. I also took the hot fix patch into consideration)

Ultron is still placed S to A Tier in most pro player lists.

Black Widow is most often listed as the current Top 3 DPS in the game.

Black Panther is placed in A-B Tiers by Youtubers and Streamers, but C-D Tier by pro players.

Adam Warlock, Blade and Human Torch are all listed in B Tier in most lists, while Blade is sometimes listed as A Tier.

Storm is C or B tier.

Hawkeye and Iron Man are either in D or C tier.

Squirrel Girl, Scarlet Witch and Mr Fantastic are always talked about as bottom tier heroes.

Wasnt even on the roadmap, they just had to feed luna once again.

Me and my friends have spent the last few days playing games of entirely TOBA. However I’m not versed on who exactly qualifies

So I’m asking the Council of Reed Richards, give us a Ones Below All comp, 2-2-2 not required.

One of his teamups is entirely dedicated to a QoL change that should've been part of his base kit as a result of the clunky animations of inflated state. The enhanced version of it is just added knockup to what might be the worst ultimate in the game

The other teamup is practically unusable since it's literally a charged punch on a very long cooldown. Which is a shame bc it's objectively the most fun one

Please let Rogue join TOBA, since her release, she has been extremely dependent on Gambit, who gets banned constantly, and she is terrible without him. It took ages for Rogue to finally perform well which only happened in season 8.5, but she has already been nerfed, while other already-strong heroes received buffs, she lost 100 HP and is back to relying on Gambit again. I don't want it to take ages for changes to happen like last time 😭

These are her stats for bronze. Meaning shes not even performing well in the ranks shes suppossed to perform well in, if the noob stomper character cant even stomp noobs, whats their pupose? (Mirror matches are excluded btw). In Cel+ her winrate is 29%.

In comparsion, Iron Man, also a noob stomper, manages to hold onto a positive winrate until Celestial (he makes a drastic drop from 52% to 40% from GM to Cel). I know winrates arent everything but i think this does paint a pretty clear picture.

I know Wanda shouldnt be meta bla bla bla, but for gods sake, can she atleast be playable until GM like iron man pls?

With the new season and countless abilities being added, tons of previously bottom tier heroes have found their footing in the meta and have become viable or competitive picks. There are many clear winners in this patch that are currently in TOBA, like Black Panther or even Black Widow, that turned out to be high tiers. However, there are also clear losers who got left out, like Mr. Fantastic, and ones I believe deserve to join TOBA, like Moon Knight.

With this, I suggest that we have a complete revamp of TOBA with a grand election in s9.5 or s10 when the meta settles in. The community should vote for the new roster that will replace the previous one, since it will take seasons to let in currently neglected heroes with the voting system we have now.

(I know it's a little dramatic xd it's just a suggestion. You can call it a graduation party instead of the Purge lmao)

I mean i know he is good in right hand, however it seems impossible to get MVP with character even doing all god works and outclassing everything with his stats he still will not get MVP.

It has come to my attention that multiple streamers have ranked our beloved Reed Richards as a BOTTOM tier character.

And while my opinion of our favorite main will always be FANTASTIC… these rankings have made me feel anything but.

Why must we suffer in silence while others less deserving speak louder and get what they don’t really deserve?

How do you feel when the smallest complaints from other mains get addressed instantly?

How do you feel when heroes who are already overtuned get even more complimentary buffs?

How do you feel when heroes who receive the tiniest of nerfs start a riot because their SSS+ character is now only SS+?!?

In response, I, the Grand Reed-gent, believe we should coordinate our FIRST OFFICIAL BRIGADE, a coordinated agenda push for our beloved Reed Richards.

For some this may seem like an overstep; like this is something that isn’t necessary given our standing as a character.

But let me remind you…

We have been patient. We have been grateful.

We have given the devs more time than most to give us our due and yet our LACK of buffs, skins and adjustments have been nothing short of unbelievable.

We have repeated ourselves time and time again, via subreddits and so forth, with the ONLY difference between being seen and being silenced is our momentum and coordination.

Even our new load-outs (some of which have been highly requested) have come out in states that are not NEARLY on par with others.

So, no more…

If no one is opposed to this date. I propose that August 4th will be the day we invade Marvel Rival’s socials.

Every subreddit,
Every Instagram page,
Every streamer’s twitch chat,
Every social media with a comment section will be our battleground.

Take this time in between to prepare…
- Create agenda posts
- Create text spam
- Create memes that push our message forward
- And seek others to join our FANTASTIC cause

Our war isn’t over until Mister Fantastic IS FANTASTIC!!!

I do this not to encourage hate, but to encourage UNITY.

We MUST stand up for ourselves, we MUST be heard.
Or we will be forever doomed to F-tier…
