As always, this is just for informational purposes. Just my personal opinion based on the pair I received. I’m not a professional authenticator or seller — I just like to collect sneakers and these are for personal use.

Quality;

Another flawless (as far as I can see?) LJR B grade. Seriously these are a value hack. Anyway the shape and stitching are great and the nubuck is buttery. These are clean, I cant complain.

Colorway;

Im a sucker for UNC blue and that blue stitching looks so good. The black is rich and dark. The sockliner has those blue hits as well. I just had to swap out the laces to add that extra pop.

Comfort/Fit;

TTS is good for these. The ankle padding around the collar feels nice, and there is a good mix of comfort and stability underfoot. I know its not a "comfort" shoe but J5s are honestly one of the more comfortable Js imo.

Guys, I’m a huge fan of the Jordan 3, and over the past year, batches like RN, GX, DG 2.0, LJR and many others have finally given us some decent Jordan 3 reps. OGs of the rep game know how difficult, almost impossible, it used to be to find a good J3 rep.

The current top tier batches are very good, but IMO they still don’t replicate retail as closely as we’ve seen with models like the Jordan 4 or TS Jordan 1 Low. I’ve handled quite a few different J3 batches, and while they’re great for the price, there’s still room for improvement in shape, materials and overall quality.

Since RN probably has the best shape among the current top tier J3 batches, and seems to be one of the few batches that actually listens to community feedback, I asked Dog if they would consider something like an “RN 2.0”; a new production focused on achieving the best possible shape and materials, even if that means slightly increasing the price to around 450¥.

I was thinking of starting with the 4 OG colorways, like the ones shown in the photo, with the goal of creating the best Jordan 3 batch possible.

Of course, this will only happen if there’s enough genuine interest. So if you’d actually be interested in an RN 2.0, please upvote this post and leave a comment with your thoughts and suggestions.

Apparently, if we can show enough interest, RN may seriously consider the project.

Let’s see if we can finally get an absolute top tier Jordan 3 batch.

Hey everyone, I’m just getting into reps and I’m honestly pretty overwhelmed by all the different sellers, batches, colorways, etc. After doing some Googling, I found this subreddit and figured I’d ask people who know a lot more about this than I do.

I’m looking for my first pair and have a pretty low budget, around 250 RMB for the shoes themselves. I’m mainly looking for SB Dunks or AF1s since they’ll be my beaters/daily shoes.

Ideally, I’d like something with a white/black base + 1–2 additional colors. I’m not really interested in the basic Triple Black, Triple White, or Supreme colorways. I’d prefer something a little more unique/limited, or at least a colorway that you don’t see everywhere and on everyone.

So far, I’ve been looking at VT Batch for SB Dunks, HY Batch for AF1s, and PB Batch (only for 1 pair of AF1's). Are these good choices within my budget, or are there other batches/colorways I should be looking into?

Also, when buying reps, what are the main things I should look for in terms of quality, materials, accuracy, and durability? Since this is my first order, I’d really appreciate any advice on what to avoid and what’s worth prioritizing at this price point.

This time I bring you some pictures with natural light of this pair, unfortunately I haven't had access to a real pair to compare them, and give them a detailed review about material or shape. Personally I'm not good at differentiating between a real pair vs a rep I mean I can se differences when I compared them side by side on pictures but other than that, I try to do my research to buy the pair better to suit my needs

Ok this pair the materials feels good and soft, also they feel comfortable almost like de sb pine green that I have Y3 batch the different shades of color look close to the real pair al least on pictures from eBay and other places that shows retail pair pictures

O always order my reps direct from TMF because he shipped them with a special line that avoid import duties or strict customs inspections, because importing products in my province has become very difficult.
