What are the plugins for these things in the circles? (Trees roads, benches, statues, floor, and the houses that are also part of the larger structure)
Hey everyone! Caz here again.
It’s my 5th day of playing and I’m in search of some builds to inspire me before I bulldoze the city and start over lololol.
Anyway, till next time. Happy building! 🌇
Give me some tips on playing theotown. I'm a pretty experienced player, but I'm obviously not omniscient. It will be very interesting for me to discuss the transport system, economy and demand in the city.
This Town is between mountains and sea
İ like it because my peoples have good life.
How do you feel about the plug-ins in the game, which many use to increase the population or income, as well as manual assembly in the zones?
Not bad for a first city? Still going to build the SW side with more industry and then just let the city sit and take in the income. Rezone, airport etc .
Thoughts and ideas please! Played it safe. 2 days playing. I'm about to open up another region.

I think I’m doing very well on this city. Should I continue building or start a new cell? I don’t know what else I can add onto it. Let me know!
I started at beachside and then built out and across to downtown and then moved all industrial away and then started the burbs!
-I decided to share my initial steps toward building a huge project in the game "Theotown".
-I think those who know this game and follow it will be interested.
I want to calculate the GDP of my city in TheoTown.
Let's start:
My city has developed infrastructure, accessible higher and general education, is safe, and also has healthcare.
This fits the description of the standard of living in a country with a high HDI score.
There are also relatively low taxes (7–7.5%), but taking into account the mechanics of the game, I would consider them to be quite low but progressive with residents' incomes.
I will use approximately 0.870–0.900 HDI as a reference point. Since literal GDP per capita data at nominal values would not be the best for comparison, but still:
Poor population — GDP per capita of countries with an HDI of 0.880 multiplied by 70%.
Middle-class residents — 90%.
Wealthy residents form the 110% layer.
The average GDP in such countries, as I found, is approximately 37.5 thousand US dollars. With these calculations, the GDP of my city in US dollars at the 2026 exchange rate is approximately $1.391 billion.
Sectors: agriculture (for the calculation, I used the share of residents in the industrial sector) — 1%. Services — 70% (all residential + commercial). Industry — 28–30% (TT and TTT industrial-class residents).
GDP in theons — 3 million.
Look: on average, the annual budget of such countries is 37% of GDP. Therefore, my monthly net profits of 78k amount to 944 thousand per year. That is roughly one third of GDP, or 3 million, which is the total GDP, in other words.
Been working on the city for a whole month but I couldn't take a full map pic cus it would just not work all the time :^/
Hello, I just started playing TheoTown. I don't know what to do, or how to design my town yet. I want something environmentally-focused community. Like, I don't want a too urbanized area.
