They opened a few weeks ago and we stopped in tonight. It's hard to explain but the restaurant feels so much nicer than the neighborhood. Not to disparage the area but they did a great job renovating the restaurant. It's definitely a nice addition to the area.
We ordered the Cajun pasta and gyro burger. The pasta had a good amount of spice. The waffle cut chips they served with the burger were freshly made. Hopefully they make it long term because the dining room was pretty sparse. If you're looking to try somewhere new give it a try.

This very sweet girl walked up to us in a restaurant parking lot. We took her to a nearby vet to check if she is chipped: unfortunately she is not. She is very well-behaved and judging by her coat and nails has been well-loved. If you know her, shoot me a message!
We just moved to Thornton, off of Quebec between 120th and 128th. I see Adams County is doing a Fourth of July thing at Riverdale Regional Park which is right behind our neighborhood, but the city of Thornton is also doing their own thing.

I just saw the doctor recommendation post and it made me think, I need a dentist recommendation. Someone who uses quality products and understands the need for additional numbing.
Yesterday morning around 6:20 AM, I was the victim of a hit and run on I 25 south, in the left lane, right before getting off onto 270 eastbound. There was a line of traffic backed up getting onto 270E due to the construction, and this guy rear-ended me. He was in a black pick up truck , and I was driving a grayish-green 2021 Toyota RAV4. He immediately pulled up next to me on my passenger side so I couldn’t see his plates. I rolled down my window, and he either didn’t speak English, or was pretending not to speak English, but gestured over to the right shoulder. Stupidly I pulled off in front of him, and as I was concentrating on crossing three lanes of busy traffic, I totally lost him and did not get any plates. Just making this post to see if anyone happened to see anything, I would really appreciate it if you could reach out with any details that you have about the other car.

Even if you didn’t witness the wreck, if you were driving **southbound i25** south of the 270E onramp yesterday 6/26 6:20-7am and have a dashcam, if you could check your footage for any evidence of a ****black truck with driver’s side bumper damage*** that would be amazing
