Making an Anti thresh guide for a friend

I know this title is EXTREMELY incriminating but im gonna ask here and do some research anyway: any tips and tricks to annoy or counter thresh? This guide will be less about champion specific counters like morgana and mel, and if you're really cracked, shaco and zyra, and more about specific ways to mitigate his pressure, things he wants to do, and how to shut him down before he starts doing those things. They tend to play enchanters so i'll be leaning towards those types of champions in examples, but really anything works. Thank you for your time!

Dia mid laner new to support wanting to main thresh.

Hello thresh mains, I am new to support and looking for your juciest thresh tips/tricks. I have really been enjoying thresh playstyle and hoping to be "that" Thresh that carries games with plays. Are there any matchups that are just absolutely unplayable for you? Who do you normally ban?

Jungle thresh players

Will new imperial mandate be a good buy? I assume our E passive won't proc it so going nashors+statikk or typical tank items is still better. Or does our ult application do enough? It seems like a cheaper buy for mid game team fight but not contributing to clear speed or early ganks and think it would fall off late game.

I usually play something like

Grasp / inspiration. So I have some tankiness and then pick up magical footwear wear to build into swifties (this is essential for getting up close.)

Nashors -> bami/Cloak/despair/radiance

And I've been wanting to do nashors+statikk more often but usually I gotta get randuins or jakshos. If enemy team had a lot of magic roots or stuns I get the 15% tenacity rune and pick up wits end, if they're all ap then also merc treads.

But looking at mandate, that would mean a Q into E and R would be multiple imperial mandate procs and chunk current hp from every enemy hit, yea? Does our E passive apply it? I doubt it does but wanted to check. So like let's say enemy team is like 3 tanks, 1 mage, 1 adc, then is mandate better than another damage item?

Also does kalista passive interact with mandate? So if I'm supporting or jungling for a kalista and get mandate and land a Q, do they take a bazillion damage or what

I don't think I've ever seen a single Winterblessed skin being played

Well, I do play him a lot so ofc he appears less in my games. But aint a one trick and dont recall seeing that skin since its release, like ever. Just wonder if it is under appreciated or just plain subpar to others.

Pulsefire is like the opposite for me, I cant stand that skin, and I thought the majority consensus agrees but keep seeing it haha.
