Art: Wilderness Hypnotist by Rebecca Guay
For this alter I decided to riff off of Grandmother Goby since the two effects are quite similar and there aren't any lore implications (that I know of) since she's from Mystery Booster Commander.
EDIT: I just realised that I forgot to change the name in the textbox...
I saw today's spoiler and immediately needed to reskin it.
I couldn't think of a creature type to replace "utrom" sadly. If anyone has ideas for that I'm all ears. The art is concept art by Leon Tukker for Brother's War, as I felt it represented a big enough robot to fit here. This is Urza's Titan Engine - one of the hulking machines brought into Phyrexia with the Planeswalkers to destroy it. In reality, of course, the Titan Engines bore a terrible secret, and a means for Urza to sacrifice the Planeswalkers for his own needs - however, this is Urza's own, which didn't need such a self destructive function.

Lore: In exchange for his soul the gods gifted him the ability to pass through the kingdoms, underworld and even time in single strides. No matter where Dante looked he could not find his daughter. Even his memory of her has faded. At times he questions if she was even real or some trick of the gods. Regardless he searches for her forevermore.
On his journeys he finds more who are lost whether it be child or parent; monster or fiend he brings them all to where and when they are wanted most. Each one he returns the gods will give a clue to his daughter. No matter how many he collects he is no closer to finding her yet still he searches forevermore.
In the art it is showing demons examining his incorporeal form after he had returned one of their lost children back to their family. They are confused by the kindness he has shown them. For the first time ever they allow a human to leave their domain.
Changed original creature type of Ninja into Soldier.
