A lot of these are really hard to rank on this due to low amounts of background information and alike, in such cases I went off of how they appear to behave [How sane they seem to act], their occupation, etc.

Took me a while cause I had to do a bit of research before doing this

After my yesterday's tier list was so easy it got solved in less than ten minutes, I made this. Have fun.
