How are you handling automated follow ups for affiliate outreach?

My response rate doubles when i follow up, but i keep forgetting to actually do it, someone doesn't reply to my first invite, i mean to nudge them in a few days, and then it just slips, i want some system for automated follow ups for affiliate outreach so the second and third touch happens without me tracking it in my head, how do you all manage this, do you have a tool that pings creators automatically, a reminder system, or do you just batch follow up every Friday manually.

And how many follow ups is too many before you're just annoying them, i've heard two or three is the sweet spot but i don't want to pester people into blocking me, curious what cadence and setup actually gets replies without burning the relationship.

What's the deal with TikTok Wiz? Trying to understand the free community vs the paid stuff

So I've been thinking about trying TikTok Shop for a while and TikTok Wiz keeps popping up. Jon Reiter's thing. Honestly it looks pretty good to me and I'm kind of tempted to join, but I don't really get how it's all set up.

There's a free community I think, and then the paid course, and then some more expensive tier on top of that? I'm a little fuzzy on where the free stuff ends and the paid stuff begins.

Anyone here actually done it? Was the free side enough to get going or is it mostly there to get you into the paid course. And if you paid, was it worth it for you? Not really looking to get talked out of it, just want to hear from people who've been in it before I spend anything.

Thanks
