Started baking cookies from home in Makati
Been running a small home-based cookie business for a little while now and just wanted to share what we’ve got going on. Everything is made to order — nothing gets baked until someone actually orders, so it’s always fresh when it arrives.
We currently have 6 flavors:
• Milk & Dark Chocolate
• Big Black Cookie
• Oatmeal & Raisin
• Milk Chocolate Hazelnut
• Dark Chocolate Walnut
• Double Chocolate S’mores
All 140g each, thick and gooey. We’re based in Makati and deliver around Metro Manila via Lalamove. You may drop your order at @Skedaddle_Cookies on Instagram.
Friday treat, merienda, pasalubong — honestly any excuse works. 😄
Happy to answer questions about the flavors or how we make them. Would love to hear!
Croissants and tarts.
I still can't believe I made these.
A year ago, I was sitting at my desk, taking calls from frustrated customers every day. Then one day, reality hit me. I realized I didn't want to spend the rest of my life behind a computer, staying in my comfort zone and settling for routine.
So I walked away. I resigned, took a leap of faith, and embraced the uncertainty.
Today, I find myself forging, shaping, and assembling these creations with my own hands. Every piece reminds me that taking a risk can lead you somewhere you never imagined.
Looking back, leaving was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Try our Palamis!
Hi, fellow dessert lovers! Please give our Palamis a try! 🍪🍞🍋🍫
Over the last couple of months, our family have bonded over homemade desserts after dinner. I thought I’d try simple recipes that my mother and younger brothers would crave since we also have years-old oven that’s just collecting dust in our house. Nothing quite warms my heart more than seeing my family delight in what I make, especially my mother, who has been the epitome of strength despite her condition.
It will have been two years in November since our mother began treatment for her lung cancer. With the help of family members and friends, we have been able to pull our finances together to cover her hospital bills and medical expenses. While her recent CT scans showed continuous decrease in the size of her primary tumor, her oncologist has recommended that she continue the medication to further reduce the tumor size and contain the metastasis. However, after more than a year of treatment, we are now facing financial difficulties due to the high medication cost. We are no longer able to fully cover these expenses of this magnitude from our salaries and government medical assistance alone. Our funds may be depleting, but we refuse to back down from this challenge.
On behalf of my family, we hope you could try our Palamis and share the same bond, warmth, and comfort that desserts have brought into our life and made it a little lighter to bear.
You may use this pre-order link or simply message me here to place your orders. I could also make free delivery within BGC since I work in the area.
We’d also love to hear your feedback so that we can improve and offer you better Palamis in the future. Or you can always go back to this post and tell us what you loved (and not loved) about our product.

Home baker here — accepting cookie orders today if anyone’s craving something fresh (Metro Manila)
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share that we’re taking orders today for Skedaddle Cookies, a small home-based baking thing I started. Everything’s made fresh and to order, so nothing’s just sitting around waiting to be bought.
We’ve got 6 flavors right now (Milk & Dark Chocolate, Big Black Cookie, Oatmeal & Raisin, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut, Dark Chocolate Walnut, and Double Chocolate S’mores), all 140g, thick and gooey.
Delivery is via Lalamove around Metro Manila, and we also accept pre-orders if you want to plan ahead.
Happy to answer any questions about flavors or delivery — and if anyone’s tried us before, would love to hear what you thought! 🍪
Trending Melted Spanish Bread in Cavite 🤤
Keep seeing this all over our feed! Apparently, Mitch’s Bread and Pastries Shop in Dasma offers "melted" Spanish bread... but no gatekeeping, where to get the best Spanish bread for you? 🥐🔥
My baked tinapays for the last three years
Hello, mga katinapay! Sharing some of my baked goodies from 2023-present, both yummies and failed ones 🤣
Also, isn’t it so fun to bake and take cafe-esque photos after??
Cheesecake with cherry compote
Matcha cookies with white chocolate chunks
Cheesecake with homemade blueberry compote - sliced picture lang because it does not look appetizing as a whole 😆 It was my first time to make my own compote, with blueberry at that! It turned black! It did not taste burnt tho. Also peep at my first attempt on my grandma’s lasagna recipe!
Ghirardelli dark chocolate cookie mix - it’s too sweet for my liking. Although, it achieved my preferred texture: crunchy edges and chewy middle!
Chocolate marble loaf - this made me realize that baking does not necessarily have to be super precise. I messed up a lot of measurements from the recipe on this one, and yet it came out perfectly!
Pandesal - I’ve been using this recipe from a lola on YouTube since who knows when. It’s so tasty!
Levain-style chocolate chip walnut cookies - it’s unnecessarily overloaded. Very chunky also. I still prefer the classic choco chip!
Peanut butter oatmeal cookie - i was too bored at home and came up with whatever we had in the pantry. Simple and tasty tho!
Another cheesecake with cherry compote - mini version. Di naman obvious na cheesecake is my favorite to bake!
Corn muffins - i did not have any cornmeal, so i used apf fully lang. thus, it did not have the gritty texture. Kindda boring ngl.
Palamis sa bahay
Hello! Lagi tinatanong ng Mommy at ng mga kapatid ko kung anong palamis namin for the day. Followed the easier recipes na makita ko sa Facebook, Youtube, at Tiktok, and fell in love since then.
Ito talaga ‘yong version ko ng “may palamis tayo sa bahay.” 😁 Felt like sharing some of what I made as I try to make this as a means to help aid my Mom’s CA treatment. Gustong gusto ko na rin matutunan gumawa ng tinapay kasi sobrang hilig din nila sa bread. Hehe.
Try our Palamis!

I’m planning to have a little free taste of our products (so far) so you could try them out and hopefully order from our shop!
I’ll be around BGC ng after lunch hanggang afternoon po siguro tomorrow to give you the goodies, if that works for you. Or you could opt to have it delivered to your door via Lalamove. Weekdays/work days work for me too! :)
