I'm fairly new to the scene, but I come across festival and rave Instagram accounts like ravebaddiedaddy posting reels and videos of EI from behind the DJ booth, is this accessible for normal people? I see EI have a premium ticket tier called stage access but it is pretty expensive, are people paying these prices? I'm quite happy in GA but I was curious how the experience is back there and if its enjoyable, can anyone share the differences if you've experienced both, is the sound better?

I’m new to the toronto Rave scene as icome from Europe and it’s very different. I’ve attended a few raves here and the only one that I really really liked was electric Island and I really liked the lineup the production and overall a great experience over there

I’ve also attended places like coda, dprmnt, vertigo. But the problem is every party I attend is mostly people that are way way older than me. They’re always in their early 30s up to very very old people and maybe I’m just looking for the wrong thing but is there no rave where I can find people around my age, I’m 21 years old.

So far, I have only attended events by embrace, is there another promoter were people my age go?

I really want to sew Atliens this Friday at History but unfortunately none of my friends can come with me. I don’t want to miss out on this show and was planning to go by myself. Is this a safe venue to solo rave in? I’ve had scary experiences at Rebel so I’m worried it could potentially be like that. Any advice would be much appreciated :)

Have a friend coming from Ottawa and wanna take her out. Never been to a rave or things like that in to since we usually just go to house parties. Is there things going on this weekend both at night and during day??

Trying to remember a rhyme heard in rave circles back in the 90s in the Toronto region. I love EDM/festival vibes — VELD, Electric Island, house, big fun dancey sets. I basically want to go out, dance for hours and forget I have responsibilities for a minute. 😂💃

I’d love to see them but I hear seeing artists and DJs at stadiums like this isn’t as quality of an experience. The floor tickets are out of my budget unfortunately :(
