I know this is gonna sound insane but after trying every single troubleshooting tip on the Internet and spending over 6 hours on Verizon support, the only thing that finally worked was:

- turn off RCS

- connect to any vpn server in paris france

- turn RCS back on, voila it connects

- turn VPN off

They botched my port in from another provider, and now they’re saying that they lost my phone number and that it can’t be retrieved. STAY FAR AWAY. This is the reason why the BYOD plan is now $20 a month.

I've got nothing but problems since I started my account. And now they're trying to tell me, I need to pay money. Once I already paid, and after getting told that it was five dollars off a line for signing up for auto pay. They told me that since I had two lines on my account. Now I only got five dollars off the whole account

Is the signal reception good and usually 5G in the LA County and Orange County areas in the Los Angeles greater metro area for anyone who uses Total Wireless? I live in LA County (West LA, Central LA, Downtown LA and Long Beach area is where I’m at 99.9% of the time) and I’m thinking about switching from Metro by T-Mobile to Total Wireless to see if the service is even better than my already great service I get. I wanted to try out Total Wireless since it uses the Verizon network.

I came in asking for the iPhone 16e $79.99 + 3 months of Total 5G ALL ACCESS upfront ($195) deal. He said yes but idk what he did. He gave me the 16e with 1 month of service paid upfront on the $55 plan and a Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G with 6 months of free service. He won’t take anything back since he already activated it. We paid $275 total and he said the phone is $79.99 + $55 and the rest is a bunch of activation fees and port-in fees. Now he’s saying that we can’t change the $55 plan to a lower plan until 4 months in. I know I just got screwed over. What do I do here? Can I switch the plan to the $35/month plan without issues?

I sign up for the $20 dollar plan And set up for auto pay but still getting charge for $25 dollars? Why. Starting to not like Total.

The title, basically. Just ported in 2 iPhones on the 5G MAX BYO plan via eSIM.

I purchased an iPhone from the Total Wireless website on June 26 after my wife’s phone broke. While waiting for it to arrive, I found the exact same phone at Walmart through Total Wireless for $100 less.

The online order took about a week to arrive, so I returned it via UPS on July 3. UPS tracking shows Total Wireless received the return on July 10, but I still have not received my refund, about $600.

Every time I call, I speak with a different representative and get a different answer:
• At first, I was told to wait 30 days.
• After 30 days, I was told to wait a few more days.
• When I called again, they said a ticket had been submitted and I needed to wait a week.
• A week passed with no refund.
• Today, I was told to wait another 24–48 hours.

I have repeatedly asked for the issue to be escalated or to speak with a supervisor, but I am told supervisors are unavailable or cannot do anything further.

At this point, Total Wireless has had the returned phone since July 10, and I am still out $600. Has anyone dealt with this successfully? What steps did you take to get a refund; formal complaint, chargeback, executive escalation, etc.?

I have the UPS tracking confirmation showing the return was delivered and they have confirmed that they received it and it’s with the financial department for approval.

Does a package like that exist? Currently have Verizon Home Internet and typically pull 190/12 with 35ms pings and just enrolled in the $20 BYOD 5G plan.

Is there any official information about that the speed on mmWave is limited to 1500Mbps with Total 25USD BYD-plan?

Mine seems to be, higher speeds with Visible and Verizon at the same place - Total stops at around 1500Mbps but the other two varies. mmWave in NY night time, so not about congestion either.

I activated 2 lines, 1 was ported and 1 was a new number, the line that ported, RCS won’t activate, but on the new number line RCS works fine, so it must be a porting issue.

I will be traveling to Hungary next month and would like to see/hear about anyones experience

in Europe with BOUD $25 plan unlimited calling and texting to/from ~140 countries.

iPhones preferably. Also to get the $20 BYO for multiple lines can I create multiple accounts under the same name but different emails?

Recent OnePlus phones (e.g. 11, 12, 13, 15 and "r" models) support WiFi Calling on Verizon and modern MVNOs (Visible, US Mobile Warp, etc...)

If you activate one on Total Wireless, it won't get provisioned for that feature. Total Wireless please update your IMEI / TAC database to support WiFi Calling just like on Verizon and modern Verizon MVNOs!

This needs escalated to level 3 NOC / Core Provisioning support.

So wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and if they had a solution.

I signed up for the $20 promo with a new line to test out the service. I was charged $30 and my account showed with auto pay, next payment of $20.

Service was good so I decided to switch and transferred my number from T-Mobile to my account replacing the new number I had gotten when signing up. But now my account shows $25 for the next payment. I had asked the rep before I did the transfer if this will change me from the $20 pricing and he said it wouldn't. Once it showed the $25 I asked the rep to check if I was not getting the correct promo. He said everything was fine and that by next payment everything would be fixed.

So I then decided to transfer another line and transfer the number for this line as well from T-Mobile. During the online process the transfer happened without issue and pricing showed that I will be charged $30 and then next month will be $20 with auto pay.

Now my account shows next payment of $55. I turned off auto pay and it jumped to $60 and when I turned it back on it was $55 again.

Did I just get jipped? Would support be able to fix it for me? I thought with auto pay it should show next payment of $40?

Any guidance is appreciated.

Edit: my idiot self just found out it's one per account so I probably screwed myself with the discount

Hello, does anyone know how to solve a problem with roaming to Mexico from Total Wireless,? From the first week that I hired a plan with them, the data in Mexico does not work, here in the USA it works incredible for me only in Mexico, no, I called its support number, but it answers an AI, but it is impossible to get along with a robot, I go to the store and they only tell me to call the number of support, or tell me which company to change because this is trash
