The New Spring Update dropped and I decided to have a go at an Asian themed garden and a Japanese/French fusion neighborhood. Turned out pretty good! Love the new assets!

So I really want this game. I have played the demo and I loved it. I loved it so much that I have played the demo over and over again.
But I have a bad computer and I don’t know if my computer will be able to handle the whole game when my city grows and grows and I put in more stuff.
Is the game really that big and even if it is can I still play it in some way?
Now my computer is not THAT bad. But I do have some other games on it and it can bug quite a lot too.
I think this game can greatly enhance its flavor from adding:
I bought the game on Steam after playing the demo. Unfortunately, I find the game incredibly boring after the initial demo. It’s pretty much plop down a house, some services, decorate and repeat forever. I played the game for a total of 3 hours and tried to refund it but Steam refused because they have a limit of 2 hours.
I don’t really want to have wasted my $30 so please help me find the fun in this game. What am I missing?
the gizmo tool has brought a huge new round of life to this game for me, and ive been challenging myself to make some stuff, more guides to come
Hey I have a question when the 1.0 full release happens will there be mods and or asset changes for the community as well? Just curious
I love creating little spaces and making my partner come and look at them so I can say 'that's where we would sit.'
I tried to connect 2 cliff edges with a large bridge. I wanted it to be a big focal point in the small map I’m on. This leads me to 2 questions:
I haven’t seen residents actually cross any bridges I have. Can the bridges connect with roads to give better access to shops? I’m hoping to give them a better route instead of a super long road.
Using the gizmo tool is really frustrating. Because I’m connecting a large space, I’m having to try to blend 2 long bridges together. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get the bridges to connect in a natural way AND it built a cliff edge up to the end of one side that I couldn’t get rid of. One wrong move and it would automatically add the mountain to the end instead of letting it align with the end of the other bridge. Has anyone experienced this? Do you have any advice?
Just bought the game and it won't launch, just get the fatal error message.
Good morning, Townies! With the launch of 1.0 coming later this month, the TTC devs are looking for playtesters to start next week!
TO BE CONSIDERED: PLEASE FILL OUT THE GOOGLE FORM BY MAY 10TH
I love playing this game so much but recently I’ve had to say goodbye to my gaming PC and now only have my work laptop a MacBook Pro. I really just want to be able to play this game again so badly. It brought me so much happiness. Developers, if you are out there, I know you previously said there are no plans to bring it to MacOS but please reconsider💖
