Para sa inyo, aling bank ang may pinakamaayos na banking app UI/UX design? Exempted ang digital banks (pinaka gusto ko si Maya, wala akong GoTyme)

Recently opened an RCBC One Account and BPI #SaveUp, from a Metrobank customer na soafer ano ba ang app nila haha.. I was expecting na mas OK yung design and medyo hindi clunky but turns out parang parehas lang naman lahat ng trads bank medyo chaka ang designs ng banking app, or ako lang (maybe sa device ko)? 😅 naga lag din si RCBC na di na-display ang savings account haha

Anyway, gusto ko lang malaman thoughts nyo...

I want to open an account kaso parang 2 weeks palang ako sa job ko. Last time I opened, with my mom's COE and payslip since student palang ako. Kaso na close kasi di ko nalagyan ng money for how many months. Madedeny ba ako? Ano requirement if applying as an employed person?

Try ko ba mag online application or daritso nalang po ako sa branch?

ex. BDO- every little thing you have to pay and the service resolution is slow

what do u recommend as bank na purely for savings? strict ba pagdating sa proof of income? unstable job kase meron ako, sideline online work lng. pano po kaya to?

Sino po may same situation sakin na hindi reflected yung amount na deposited sa savings account? Successfully deposited naman yung amount kahapon with receipt din pero 0 yung nasa balance ko. Can anyone help me

Now that BPI InstaPay and PesoNet fees are waived for all customers, will you still maintain your Preferred Status with BPI? If yes, why?

Honestly, the main perk of BPI Preferred for me is the free Instapay. But now that it's free for everybody, I am contemplating if it's still worth it to park 1M in BPI. What do you think?

Nag apply ako sa landbank for piso account for our TES. Applied twice and cancelled sila nag message sakin yung landbank, what to do? Do I open a savings account nalang na 500 maintaining balance? Huhu di kasi ako gumagamit ng landbank din, i Use maricard and gcash eh.

And also, I already had a landbank account pero mga 2016-2017 pa yun and nawala yung card so pinabayaan ko na, factor din ba to kaya di ako maka open? Should I go to the branch?

Hi everyone, is there any fee or bank charges na binabawas if may nag wire transfer from international bank (US) to our local bank? My fiancé send me money for our wedding but grabe ang laki naman ng na-deduct, more than P6k or $105, ganun ba talaga kalaki ang charges if ever? My fiancé’ bank deduct $40 na so why there’s a charge pa sa incoming? I called my bank sabi nila wala daw.

So this is my problem, I found out last week that my ATM card was expired, went to DBP Cebu branch so I can renew my card but sadly I forgot my passbook in my hometown they said I can not renew my card on that branch because I should renew my card where I opened my account (its in my home town in South Cotabato) because all of my informations was there. So i opted to close my account since I can not go home any more and I have no use of my card, DBP Cebu branch adviced me to create a Special Power of Attorney since I left my passbook back home, my SPA CLEARLY says that my attorney-in-fact can close my account, withdraw, and claim all remaining funds. Yesterday, my attorney-in-fact went to my hometown's DBP branch to process closing my bank but to my surprise she called me saying that they would not close the bank in my behalf even though I clearly stated in my SPA that she can close it on my behalf. Can they really ignore my SPA like that? Whats the use of having an SPA when they can't even follow it.

Since BPI announced free transfers to any bank, I decided to open an account.

I tried the new selfie verification when opening a BPI account via the BPI app. If you have a National ID record, the app uses your selfie to get your National ID details. I didn't need to take out my physical ID or upload photos to complete the requirements. Got my account instantly.

It felt faster than other onboarding processes, and way more convenient. Sharing in case anyone here is planning to open a savings account with BPI!

Hello. Can I open a Security Bank Easy Savings account (with maintaining balance P3000) without using the mobile app? Is there any branch in NCR or Region 3 where this is allowed? 

I went to one of the branches, and they told me it can only be opened through the app. However, the app always shows 'a technical error has occurred' or 'we couldn't verify your identity. Please visit the nearest branch.' 

I have already tried using different devices and called customer service, but they just told me to try again. How many times do I have to try?! Is this really how their system functions?! As much as possible, I don't want to visit another branch just to get the same answer.

I made a payment last Monday to Meralco however nagloading lang tapos Transaction Failed daw and check balance, pagka check ko nabawas na yung 5179 php ko, then tumawag agad ako sabi is mag auto reverse daw dapat yun pag wala tawag ako July 2, tumawag nako kasi wala padin yung pera hindi nila nirereverse, 45 days daw bago bumalik yung pera.

Worst bank ever, dati sa ATM nila twice ko na na experience mag dispute kasi walang pera na lumabas, ngayon naman ganito. Bulok sistema, anyone had similar issue ng dispute? 45 days ba talaga?

Pinapaikot ko lang yung pera ko dahil may cancer tatay ko and weekly chemo, nakakadagdag stress ang unionbank, can't wait mabalik yung pera para maclose ko na account

May BPI and Maribank planning na yun nlng gamitin, hopefully mas okay sila gamitin

1. Hello, please help me. Meron po akong papasukan sana ngayon na BDO ang payroll pero di nila ako inallow makagawa ng account. As per them yung unang BDO account ko (2022) nirestrict at niclosed due to unauthorized transaction. As per them tinawagan daw nila ako to check what happen before closing the account. Pero di daw nila ako macontact (dahil nawala yung card at phone ko that time) since resigned na ko sa previous job ko na yon di ko na sya inintindi. Ngayon na may bago snaa akong papasukan at gagawa sana ng payroll account di nila ako pinayagan kais restricted daw. Baka meron pong naka experience na sa inyo nito pa help naman

Hello po! Nag-withdraw po ako kanina sa ATM. Lumabas po nag fail yung transaction but upon checking my account nabawasan po yung balance. What to do po? Metrobank payroll account po pala ito. Thank you po!
