i have quite sometime ahead of me so i can go anywhere anytime

Hello, me and a friend are going to Romania next week(arriving in bucharest) and planning on going to Budapest. Is it possible to cross Romania by freight train and if so how doable is it? (if anyone has a route and/or a good point to start from please dm me)

Me and my friend Are this week in Germany and we Are considering catching a southbound Train or a westbound North of the alps. Can anyone give advise or is anyone near and looking for companions ?
