Finished some more traitor guard, miniatures are the damned from wargames Atlantic
I want to play Traitor Guard, but I’m not sure whether it should be as a Chaos or Guard faction. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?
Lt. Laika "Lizzie" Armavich, voidborn, sports reptile-like pupils she developed some time after birth. Some say it's a blessing of Tzeench. She wears grey fatigues and plum-black flack armor in the traditional Kracian color scheme as a sign of her authority as an officer (the only ones permitted to do so, because I want an excuse to paint a million different uniform schemes)
3D prints from Etsy to build the traitor guard to back up my Emperor’s Children forces. Have more batteries and another squad to finish!
Did I spend more money than what I was expecting. Yes… did I magnetize everything so that I could run it as a hippogriff or Hellhound, yes. Also, I know that the turret on the back would, in lore, be very painful to the commander but that’s besides the point. I think I’m gonna call this the street sweeper, seeing as it is using a transport truck and turning it into an armored combat vehicle. I feel like it just fits in a city. I had Hella extra bits from my Baneblade so I wanted to get those used up on something pretty cool.
New addition to my army...another command squad and then back to building!
Working on my TraitorGuard guard, it seems like most people are using the Astra Militarum rules to get all the cool imperial stuff like artillery, tanks etc.
Is it crazy to build my list with the Chaos rules?

Or, alternative title: I want a TG lord solar proxy that uses that awesome looking alien-horse-thing Kroyle rides, and I will mutilate as many kits as I have to to get the job done. (11, by the way, is how many kits' worth of bits are in these images. Can you spot them all and where they're from?)
Loosely inspired by the setup of Solar Auxilia standards. The Kracians possess a frothing hatred for Nurgle so he does not get a spot on the pole
Shes a traitor guard ringleader who liberates and recruits from sisters locked in Mortifiers and other Repentia who’s tormented existence provides sufficient doubt to hear her dark truths.
I’m not an amazing painter but I’m super happy with getting back on the horse and I think she’s a good proof of concept for both the Cobra x Night Lords traitor scheme as well as my future Mardi Gras themed sisters of battle armor scheme.
This was my first and coolest of the converted models painted for my Blooded traitor guard killteam. Two headswapped chieftains (one with bolter, one with chainswords/pistol) as well as two Repentia conversions holding melta and flamer respectively.
Interesting light touch proxy, surprised how well the bits came together, head from the cultist box with a lens eye (lucky me!) and a csm terminator claw.

what would be the best setting for a pick a path or perhaps community driven adventure in Warhammer and why?
