I remember watching Transformers age of extinction and totally mesmerized by it when I was 10 and that's how I started watching English movies and Hollywood in general and yes this was my first foreign movie in general & I also remember watching Transformers Fallen (2009) like at 12 or 2am midnight and my father waliking in on me added the fact that I'm Asian but it was totally worth the pain though
I did watch transformers prime eventually & kinda forgot the franchise since I was satisfied by the ending and embarrassing sequel didn't work out for me either
and then I came across this movie WOW 10/10 for me
AND THIS MOVIE FLOPPED ?
been a few days I watched this and can't stop thinking about this franchise

and now I have a few doubts regarding the franchise

1.why doesn't megatron kill starscream considering the amounts of time he tried to backstab in
Prime
2.I don't understand why Fowler is considered one of the best human not just Prime but in whole
franchise when Jack Darby exists I mean the guy impressed optimus there's nothing above to me
and fowler to me was like "this guy means business" and nothing more
3.Is animated (2007) worth it compared to Prime or RiD

also a fun fact- if u check IMDB VA cast there is another (besides Frank Welker)credit named Parminder Ghumann(hindi) & he is the reason why rewatched prime in regional dub I might even consider him on the level of original VA

The first time you meet Optimus, you’re absolutely stunned by the sight of him, while he feels disappointed in himself for failing to keep his cover. He never wanted Earth to suffer the consequences of Cybertron’s war, knowing how fragile organic life can be.

Then he realizes you’re not just any human—you’re a child. That makes him even more reluctant to speak with you. Cybertronians don’t have childhoods, so he has no idea how to approach one, let alone a human child.

But you’re persistent. You keep coming back to the abandoned workshop he’s using as a base, insisting on helping him. Eventually, Optimus admits there’s merit in your arguments: as a native of Earth, you can teach him the customs and rules of your world.

You start with traffic laws, since he hides in his alt mode. Speed limits confuse him, and Earth’s roads frustrate him because they don’t materialize beneath his tires like on Cybertron. Still, he learns quickly. One day, the police pull him over for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. With his holoform at the wheel, you handle the talking, apologizing on his behalf, and somehow convincing the officers to let you both go. It reminds Optimus of how D-16 used to save his aft back in the day.

The similarities unsettle him. He tries to push away the memories of his old friend, who is no longer the D-16 he once knew, but every time you help him, the resemblance resurfaces.

Optimus grows fascinated by humans. The concept of school amazes him—children born without knowledge, even of language, who must learn everything. He even drives you to school when you miss the bus and picks you up afterward.

Still, he worries about the Decepticons. If they find him on Earth, they might use you as leverage. At the first sign of their activity, he makes sure you’re safe, escorting you to school and explaining the danger they pose.

Over time, Optimus becomes a father figure to you. With your parents absent, he steps into the role naturally. He is, quite literally, the dad who stepped up.

Backstory:

Riven is a Femm Bot born on Cybertron about 30 cycles before Orion Pax, D16, Elita One, and B-127. She lived during the authoritarian rule of Sentinel Prime in Iacon, a time marked by inequality.

Like many others, she was stripped of her transformation gear and forced to work in the energon mines. Though not physically strong, Riven stood out for her intelligence, creativity, and technical skills. She often sneaked away to invent devices and test her limits.

Later, she was moved to an isolated underground sector in Iacon, where she monitored life-support systems and communications. She spent most of her days alone in the control room, with little contact with other bots.

Her isolation, combined with constant pressure from her superiors, pushed her into a quiet depression. To protect her mental health, she often escaped into heavy daydreaming, hoping to ease her stress. Over time, this led to symptoms of derealization (feeling that the world around her was unreal or far away) and depersonalization (feeling disconnected from herself, as if watching her own body or mind from the outside). These experiences deeply changed her.

Even after Sentinel Prime was revealed as a traitor and ally of the Quintessons—and Optimus Prime became the new leader, making Cybertron a better place—Riven could not adjust. Although she finally received her transformation gear and her freedom, she no longer knew how to connect with others. Like B-127, she struggled to fit in, but unlike him—who was cheerful and talkative—Riven was serious, quiet, and socially awkward. This made her even more isolated, since other bots tended to avoid her.

Realizing she could not live a normal life in Iacon, Riven decided to leave on her own terms. She traveled to the surface, and when she saw the stars for the first time, she was amazed. She then had an epiphany, and that moment sparked a strong desire in her to explore space. Determined, she set a new goal—to build or obtain a ship and travel among the stars.

She found an underground cave where she built her own laboratory and focused on her inventions. From time to time, she still returns to Iacon to get supplies and energon, making sure everything in her lab keeps working. To stay informed, she watches the Autobots from a distance, always alert to possible threats—whether from the Quintessons, the Decepticons, or any other danger—and how the Autobots respond to them.

Lining up for the race, the newest member of team nitro. The handsomest and fastest bot on all of velocitron. It’s swiftbolt!
Ever since coming online i have loved racing, it’s in my spark to race. That’s why override(aka nitro convoy or nitro prime) chose me for her team. As much as I’d like to be her second in command, that’s blurr. But for me, i like sticking to the races. I don’t tend in getting into fights. But when i do, i make sure i have the fastest shot and highest accuracy that i can. I don’t much about my brothers and sisters on cybertron, but as soon as i heard about them hosting a race called the iacon 5000. I knew i had to join, did i expect to lose? No, did i expect mining bots to be in the race? No, but i do admire their commitment to the race. Even if they couldn’t transform, they gave me one great race. So that was fun, and then while I’m training for a race back on velocitron when i heard about sentinel and the rise of these rebels called decepticons.
Not sure how bad they can be, but if they come to take over my planet. They better expect to lose in a race.
