Has anyone taken one dose every 24 hours instead of waiting the 48 hours as suggested? If you take one dose and then another the next day after 24 hours is the second dose more potent than waiting for 48 hours? Do you have to adjust your second dose to less than your usual amount?
Currently my wife works long hours and is usually too tired to have sex. I have used trimix by myself to get the right dosage, and at times have been using it just to help masturbate since I don't get hard without it.

Hey everyone, this is a problem I have. I usually have casual sex, sometimes with the same person several times, and it bothers me that I always have to go to the bathroom before sex. It's normal for someone to go once in a while, but not ALL THE TIME.
It's fine to make excuses like "I need to pee" or "I want to wash my hands," etc., but I'm worried that it will draw attention to how I ALWAYS have to go to the bathroom before we start having sex.

Do you find that there is a difference when injecting the same amount while you're with a sexual partner you are comfortable with versus a new sexual partner where there may be more nervousness or anxiety? I would think there is an enhanced effect if you take your usual amount with someone who you are comfortable with. So if you are with a new partner who there may be more anxiety with, do you use a larger amount?
When people say they titrated Trimix until they found the right dose, do you mean 100% firmness, or were you satisfied with 90% (or less)? At what point did you stop increasing the dose
I was hoping tonight to have some fun encouraged by my previous trimix experience. I had absolute confidence that I’m gonna have a steel rod for erection like before.
Gave myself injection the same way I did before, but when I pulled it out, a drop of blood came out with a needle.
Proceeded to the bedroom and naturally started getting some erection that was at 50% and didn’t last for long, maybe 10 minutes tops.
So sex went without any penetration and what a disappointment, big hit on the confidence.
After that, I checked the injection, pulled back the plunger and discovered another drop or two of blood in it.
The dose that I took is exactly the same one as I took before, and it usually produces two hours of a raging boner.

So my first dose ever was in the doctors office at four units and the results was a mild erection. The doctor told me next time to use 10 units. So after 24 hours the next day I used 10 units and it was extremely hard, which was great but then at three hours it was still pretty hard so I freaked out and went to the ER and while I was waiting in the ER for an hour it went down at four hours total. So now I am wondering what I did wrong. Maybe on my second dose I did too much so next time I might try six or eight units when I try again after waiting three days. I hope I don't have permanent damage because of the three hours. I also want to ask my doctor about the antidote. I also have another question when I got the trim mix I put it in my freezer which I guess I wasn't supposed to do so I took it out and I put it in the fridge now. Any advice on refrigerating or freezing? I read that you're not supposed to put it in the freezer.
Anyone have any experience with both?

Well, after having two Trimix experiences I found that it was difficult achieving orgasm and to be honest having any sensation at all besides the feeling that I have a steel rod attached to me, a raging bonner.

I am new to Trimix. I read these Reddit posts about how people had to get drained at the ER because the injectable antidote didn’t work. How’s that possible? I thought the Antidote brings down the erection within minutes.

I believe a slightly stronger formula will provide a better result, but I’m thinking of using Olympia based on the comments from you guys. Couple of questions, does the Dr make the recommendation on the formula during the consult or does he send the info to Olympia and they make the recommendation based on a conversation with me? I currently have 30 – 2–20, and paying $30 for 100 ML. Assuming I get a stronger formula from Olympia how do you think the price will compare to what I’m currently paying? Hey everyone, I’m 26, and I’ve been dealing with pretty severe psychological ED, especially tied to steroid abuse and performance anxiety. I am currently on TRT as well. I tried Trimix injections last week, and I went through a few dosing attempts to get it right.
The first dose was 4 IUs—gave me a moderate, fluctuating erection that lasted about two hours, but it wasn’t super firm. Then I tried 7.5 IUs, and that gave me a 70% erection—still lasted about 5 hours. No pain, but it stayed at 50-60% firmness. I took up to 4-5 Sudafeds, but it still lingered. It finally soften around 5 hours. My doctor told me that as long as there is no pain or discoloration in the penis, no need to inject the antidote so I waited.
I’ve tried all the usual (Viagra, Cialis), but the anxiety just takes over, and those meds don’t really work for me. So, my question for the community is: how can I strengthen the erection response but keep the duration shorter? I’m really trying to find a balance here. Thanks in advance!
So I switched from the Formula 9 (F9) Quad Mix that BMG put me on that caused me a lot of pain to Bi Mix 3 (BM3) and had zero pain issues. I also switched to using Olympia directly. A complete game changer both in the experience with Olympia and the medication. Great customer service. Also a fraction of the price.
I received it on Tuesday 6/23. Had a really tough week with long hours at work, so didn’t get to try it until this past Monday with the wife. So I tried it twice and it got me going, but it didn’t last long. The first time I tried 7u and I lasted 1/2 hour, then had a small round two but tbh it was hard enough to start round two, but after a little bit it really wasn’t hard enough for a good round two to continue. In other words it didn’t stay hard enough.
The second time, tonight, I tried 12u and had about the same results as the first night. Also both times I was also semi hard after the 2nd round for a couple hours. Like a 40-50% hard. I don’t think this was a concern for the use of the antidote or even Benadryl.
Should I up the dose a bit more? How much should I try? I have until Tuesday, which will be two weeks, to get back to Olympia with the results I’m having. I think the QM was definitely a little better but the pain was just unbearable and made things not enjoyable. So I’d like to get this Bi Mix dialed in. Any advice?
Also, If anyone is thinking of using BMG, avoid them. Their customer service is terrible. Once they got your money, they couldn’t care less about you. They wouldn’t let me speak to a doctor to explain my situation. Four times they said they would get back to me and never did, I had to continually call to follow up. And after telling them I’d explain to the credit card company the situation to dispute their charges, their rep said good luck with that and hung up on me.
Do you see any issue with taking Trimix twice within 32 hours?

I am a 28-year-old male( yes I know ) I now realize I’ve been struggling on and off for a great majority of my life with this issue. For a long time substances and alcohol helped, then once I got sober because of hard drug Juse PD five inhibitors gave me great results. Two years ago, I started using anabolic steroids and did a cycle of heavy usage one year, ever since then a declining reaction to sexual stimuli and or PDE5 inhibitors. I found a sexual medicine urologist who prescribed me Trimix. 30/1/10 formula. Didn’t find much luck other than the fact that the medication now works what I mean is that for a great majority of my experiences the alprostadil component has caused me a great amount of pain / ache / and even sometimes priapism that needed to be fixed with stimulants like Sudafed or at home injectable phenylephrine (3 times to count on the ladder). The doctor didn’t have any answers for me he only had that one formula and said that when the other dose went up, so did the Alpstadil. I now have a different prescriber who I’m going to discuss alternatives like bimix or lower alprostadil trimix. My primary urologist has ordered a penile radar thing. I’m following up with a endo as well , cause to be frank even steroid induced ED doesn’t usually break people this bad, but when I look at the record I’ve struggled long before that. It sucks because that trimix pain can sometimes really suck , but since it sometimes doesn’t I just shoot the shot, because anything beats the debilitating feeling of just not performing whatsoever. This gives me multiple rounds and I’m happy with that aspect. Anyways , any tips ? Where do I go from here? New prescriber even mentioned this medicine losing effectiveness after decades of use so I need an escape plan. I’m trying though , and I just started dating this girl like 3 months ago
Who has no idea about my issue or the medicine I used for it, i’ve had plenty of partners who are more than chill with it, but to be fair rarely have I ever said hey I have a diagnosis. Trimix also makes it tough cause I wana fuck at 6 pm I’m unlikely to be going again at midnight , which would be normal for me , but the trimix in its current state causes a decent amount of pain and trauma my dick seems like it needs to recover from.

Does Smoking have any impact on your erections? I smoke about 6 cigarettes a day. I know it’s not good for you, I have been trying to get off but want to know how smoking affects trimix.
