For those that have their ideal dose dialed in, and have never needed antidote while using at home, do you still take antidote with you when you travel, or just the Trimix?
Newly prescribed, but not yet used. I can not get past the mental block. What sad is I inject three other meds elsewhere, including 1.5” needle into quad for TRT… nbd, but my brain has not let me complete the task. Maybe it’s the 1/2” needle? I don’t know. I know after first time, this will be a piece of cake, but the fear blocking this is very real.
EDIT: finally did it, I think issue holding me back was treating it like a dart versus going a little slower which Jfc was no big deal. 9 minutes after 6ml injection, i think it’s kicking in .. will see.
UPDATE: holy fuck. I did not expect this result. I used 5-6ml as directed. Only 30min since injection but I’ve had the strongest erection of my life for last twenty minutes.
Does anyone have any suggestions for lack of sensitivity while on Trimix? I get hard, but I can't feel it when I'm having sex. My partner enjoys it, but I would like to enjoy it as well. I feel if I use less trimix it won't be as hard. Urologists are pretty useless. I've been sitting in his office for 90 minutes waiting for him and he's still not here. I'm so happy for Reddit because everyone here has experienced it and can relate.
Is missing usually all or nothing? If getting semi hard I assume I hit the spot and just need to increase dose. Is this correct?
I use BIMix-3 from Olympia. I used 8 to 9 units with success 5 or 6 times. Penis was hard when we were engaged in foreplay and sex. I could change positions, sometimes, I would lose a little bit of the erection, but it would come back to full strength once we got going again. I then had my second hip replacement so, I was out of commission for a while, and then my wife was out of commission for a while.
We were ready to get back on the horse today, and I decided to use 10 units, given the response above. This was the first time we didn't use the autoinjector. To my surprise/disappointment, I was only semi-hard. The BIMix-3 has been sitting in the fridge for 6 months, or so. Maybe it degraded. The expiration date isn't until Nov.
Do you think it is the BIMix losing potency, that I need to go up in units, or maybe the injection didn't go in far enough (the needles are the same length I set the autoinjector on)?

If blood comes out when you pull the needle away does that mean some medication also came out too? I injected a little over 7 units of Bimix but this time I did it while erect and wearing a ring. As soon as I pull the needle away some blood oozed out. That was way more than before so I took the ring off. I’m quite sure i didn’t hit a vein. I put the alcohol swab with pressure and it stopped bleeding and I stimulated to see if the medicine works but not yet. I’ll try maybe 9 units in a couple days.
Any guidance or direction appreciated.. I’m in Florida
I got my first vile of trimix about little bit over a month ago, the compounding pharmacy told me the is good for 28 days but other patients have reported using it for about 5 months with no issues.
However, I’ve been noticing that last few times
I used wasn’t as potent as in the beginning. I’ve started increasing the dose and now from the same vile I’ve gone up 30%
Has anyone else experience similar?
I’ve never heard anyone building tolerance, is that even a possibility.
Anyways would like to hear opinions from the great trimix community.

Every time I inject, I avoid hitting veins and apply pressure to the injection site for a couple minutes after. Still, each time there is a 2mm bruise at the injection site that lasts a few days. Is this normal? Thank you

Hi, I’m 37 and I don’t have any problems getting erection, just my refractory period takes a while to recover for the next round.
I’ve browsed thru this sub and you’d start with 5 units and gradually increase if the erection isn’t hard enough.
Would I need to take lower dose if I want it to last for an hour?
For all the many many discussions about how many units or how much to use for an experience using Tri-mix why not first figure out what your actual Compound Tri-mix is composed of. Perhaps you're not being prescribed the correct compound for your particular situation. All things need to be considered... How much Cialis or Viagra are you using on a daily basis? What's the reason you're using Tri-mix... ED is it due to: Surgery, Age, psychology, anxiety etc. Have you and your Urologist taken this and all other factors into account to get you to the place you want to be? Or are you just wanting to experiment with this powerful medication at the risk of possible damage to your penis?
As for me I have .... My urologist team has worked with me and over the years we've come to a plan that works for me. Thae presently includes a daily Cialis 10mg. And the use of a Compound pharmacy Tri-mix formula that I self administer of 5 units = (0.05) several times a week. My formula for those wanting to know is as follows;
Papaverine-phentolamine 30-2 mg/mL, prostaglandin E1 40mcg/mL (Super Tri-Mix) injection.
And of course the antidote of red tablet pseudoephedrine when needed. My urologist team won't even prescribe the other injectable antiode as they've told me it's too dangerous and needs to be monitored in a hospital-like or medical office setting.
I'm interested in hearing your thoughts. Be kind as I'm expressing what works for me in the hopes that others may find the same positive results as I have
I I know combining Cialis with trimix has been discussed before it’s definitely not recommended but just hear me out.
Would it make sense to take half of those of trimix that I usually take and add Cialis about four hours before in order to maximize the feeling and pleasure because trimix only can totally numb the pleasure and even add some pain.
This is so confusing. How can a man have a very hard erection but lose it within just a few minutes, what is the explanation for what is going on? I have had ED problems for several years but it has gotten better over the past month or so. My only explanation is my TRT is providing a little boost. My urologist doesn't seem to think that TRT helps with ED much at all, only libido. Anyway, I am getting super strong morning wood and I can get an erection sometimes on my own and with Viagra or Cialis, I've been getting very good erections. But they will sometimes deflate way too quick. And if I use Trimix, it stays hard until we are done. Is there a potential explanation?
I am 72. Have used Trimix for a few months. But as I said, am happy that erections are back but disappointed they often do not last. Is it a venous leak, which I have read a bit about or could it just be that my circulatory system has deteriorated? I do have heart disease, had CABG Nov 2024 and had 3 stent procedures over the past 20 years prior to that. I lead an active lifestyle.
Or, I suppose that maybe my overall body maybe has recovered more completely from heart surgery. Instead of the TRT. I have no idea.
I’m wondering if anyone here who uses Trimix is planning to fly to Thailand soon?
I know many are VERY divided on the subject... I use one because It was how I started. I am not sure I could ever NOT use one. I imagine if it was a dire situation... but so far one hasn't arisen (get it). am I in a great minority here?

So im doing an experiment right now to see if its more side dependent or im losing potency. Im right handed and im noticing when injecting on my left side recently the erection that would last 3-3.5 hours typically with the same dosage is only lasting 1-1.25 hours max. The vial has been in the fridge and has been stored for almost 5 months now. Im going to try on my right side next with the same dose but am curious to hear from others if a sign of lost potency is not having the same length of erection with the same dose. The erection the first hour is as hard on the left but not nearly as long in duration.
I’m starting on my Trimix journey. Only tried twice so far. 10 units had zero effect. Somewhat improved with 20 units, but still not erect enough for penetration and only lasted about 20 minutes. My urologist said to continue titrating up, 5 units at time, so, I know I have room to go. But, it’s discouraging as I had talked myself into instant success.
Is this common? Do most guys find success at higher doses? Is there something I could be doing wrong? Any common mistakes? I’ve injected at 10:00 and 2:00, and have to assume it’s getting where it should.
Been doing great on Trimix t101 usually get 2-3 hours on my dose .
Fast forward to this morning. Did normal dose things went normal lasted 30 min got off and gone . Actually how Trimix is supposed to work from what I read. No complaints
So I normally do a night injection and get the couple hours always . Well kids were both in school today and we finally got a day to ourselves!! Thank god lol after what happened wasn’t upset just different, and I know a lot of how it works is dependent on your body and everything going on inside . Did some digging and got an answer that made sense .
After looking your metabolic rate is substantially different in the morning vs the night . Which makes sense now meaning at night I last longer due to a slower metabolism and this morning I had a much faster metabolism. Based on that has anyone else experienced this ?
anyone else use different dosing based on the time of day ? Gonna drop my night time dose since we want to go to bed lol and work on the daytime dose since we’re up and alone . We do enjoy a good couple hour session! Been a couple months and still learning about this miracle medicine.
