Well. Let me start by saying if you are in the fence about trying injections don’t waste any more of your life.
Last night the stars aligned with smexy time. According to the instructions included in the package I needed to start w a 12.5 dose. I drew up the meds and open an alcohol pad. I rubbed myself a little and was able to get a little size. I found a good vein free spot on the right side about two fingers up from the base. I inserted the syringe. I injected all 12.5 there. I wiped the site with the pad again. A rubbed a little more then I felt a warm woosh. And it started. I haven seen my big guy in about three years. After about 15-20 min of rubbing it got to what I would say was a 70% erection. I decided to chance it and I drew up the smallest dose I could. Probably 3-5. I peeped a site in the left side and did the injection. Adam a warm woosh. This time at about 15 min I was at about 90+%. When my wife came in she was OMG. We fore played, we 69 for hours as she loves giving oral and I guess really liked it hard and not my usual wet noodle hardness. We we able to do her favorite position that without a full erection is not possible. It’s very similar to lesbian scissoring. I am able to just slowly rock back and fourth sliding almost the whole length in and out. It also allows for access to the extra fun parts. After multiple oral and vaginal orgasms (which is rare for her) she had to tap out. During 69 she almost made me but she shifted tech and saved me. I was afraid I would not be able to continue if I did. She finished me up and that was it. It was great and all her in trepidations were gone. She wants to do the next injection and feel it grow in her mouth. I told her this was the kind of sec that make guys go in debt, and kings go to war for. A few min after we finished and got up it was at 3.5 hour mark in started to go down. So I would say it was a success. Next time I think we will do 10 on each side and see if we can get 100% erect and stay up for 3.5-4 hours.

Been on Trimix for about a month and I have to say… I’m totally hooked. I’m a single 40yo guy with pretty bad ED but Trimix is amazing.

Does anyone else use it sometimes “just because”.. whether for solo use or because you enjoy being fully stiff for hours? I really have come to enjoy seeing myself erect as a result of the trimix.

OK, so I’m still titrating up with T-106 to find my “right” dosage.
I’m at 10 units and my next injection will be 15 units.

I’m good for PIV with a ring for about 20-30 minutes, 30 minute intermission, and then another 20 minutes.

I’m trying to be harder and last longer for PIA.
Common sense says that the higher the dosage the longer you stay hard and the harder you will be, right?

I’m shooting for the 1.5-2 hour mark and I see other people have achieved that so I’m clearly still trying to find my right dosage is what I’m assuming.

This has been my experience with Bimix 15/1.

A few months ago I started using it at a dose of 10 units and everything was going well until one day it suddenly stopped working. At first I thought the medication had expired, so I ordered a new vial, tried it again, and still nothing. Then I started noticing that in the area where I injected, a small bump would form — like the liquid was staying there under the skin. It wasn’t super obvious, but you can tell when something looks different.

After trying a couple more times and getting the same result, I talked to my urologist. Based on our video call, he suggested I come back in so we could confirm I was injecting in the correct spot. Turns out I was probably injecting too low like "4:00 o 5:00". It’s actually harder to calculate than people think because you’re looking from above and trying to estimate the middle/perpendicular angle I understand that haves to be at 9:00 o'clock 3:00

Anyway, I went back home, tried again in the corrected area, and it worked perfectly. But after that, I used it again and it stopped working once more. I even switched to Bimix 15/2 and still no results. So now I’m thinking I still haven’t fully figured out the right spot.

Does anyone have any tips or personal experience that helped them consistently find the correct injection site?

Hey all! Got my first dose today at my urologist, had a couple questions about my individual experience I was hoping this community could help with:

1. I’m going on hour 3, and I still can get erect and feel it, but it has not been continuously rock solid for the entire time (#2 below, for example). Think I’m ok as-is? Or do I need to start making preparations over the next hour to avoid damage and ER?

2. I got hard earlier, and then I decided to lay down on the couch and see if it’d work out with me being on the bottom. Erection stayed for 2 seconds, and then went away almost completely. A minute or two after I stood up I was able to get it back again. Does this mean I did so much damage with my type 1 diabetes over the years that I’ve got this enormous leak? To the point where I lay down and it just drains out?

My shaft has a lot of visible veins. I did shave to get a clearer view. Not many areas where there are no visible veins. Does anybody else have this problem? I was looking forward to starting today but my order was delayed. Now I'm getting a little apprehensive after observing all those veins. I do not have a urologist but maybe I should find one before I take the first injection.

Landed T101 and I’m excited and nervous to try it out, not scared of needles or anything but just nervous I guess…. Going to start low and slow with 5u. To be continued… any advice or words of encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks all

So I got my prescription from Olympia and everything went as predicted here. I've had two trials so far this week. One solo and one with my partner. For both, there was definite success around erection quality. Very pleasant to feel this again after a decade of messing around with pills and rings and other sporadically successful things.

No problem with things sticking around too long... For me, it looks like there's about a 2-hour window when the medication is still effective. But it requires either mental or physical stimulation to get a new erection.

Luckily my partner is chill about all of this, including my past difficulties, and she's just happy that things were easier for me last evening.

60s/m here, using T105 4 units

Went to the doc for a BiMix calibration shot and teach in. They used 10 units, said the objective was to achieve a 30% erection and limit the risk of priapism. Within 15 min without any work I had a 30% chub. But for the next 4 hours I had a hard flaccid about 30% length. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. It didn't feel like I could get harder even with stimulation. Anyone with similar BiMix experiences? Just me?

This has probably been answered before, but thanks in advance for any help.

I just received my Trimix script and I'm going to start with the recommended starter dose of 5 units. So if it's not enough, will I have a partial erection or just be fluffed for a few hours.... or will nothing happen if its not enough?

I contacted my Uro today about how to get started with injections.

He said the normal Trimix he starts with has 10 mcg/mL and people usually start at 0.2 mL which is 2 mcg of prostaglandin.

4yrs ago I had a doppler test where they used an injection of 4.0 micrograms of prostaglandin E-1 using the Edex preparation.

The erection I had during that test was amazing and reminds me of what most guys here describe when using Trimix. It was actually a bit painful but not enough limit the erection. And it probably lasted almost an hour.

Does the mix my Uro usually starts with make sense? I asked him if I could just use what they used during the doppler test and he said his mix shouldn't cause a painful erection since it's half as much prostaglandin mixed with 2 other ingredients.

The mix ratios and ingredients are all still greek to me.

The penis does anyone inject more near the shaft. I have tissue scaring around the head of the penis and Olympia says that’s why the medication is not getting to the CC and I’m having a lot of missed injections. Or it only swells up and the erection is firm not rock hard like it used to be. Any tips

Has anyone tried a half does or so the morning after using it the night before ( yes i know we are supposed to wait at least 24 hours ) got a really hat ass date coming up and well getting my ducks in a row for hopefully really good time for all

I'm a 68-year-old male on daily Aspen. Looking forward to trying it out. However, I'm concerned about bleeding. Anyone else on Aspirin started trimix?

I’m going on a week long cruise and as you may know, cruise staterooms don’t have a freezer or fridge. They have a cooler that looks like a fridge but it doesn’t keep things cold.
I’ve bought an insulin travel case but that’s only good for a day and then my ice gel pack will need to be refrozen.
Any ideas on how to keep a vial cold for a week with no freezer? I’m not big on refilling syringes as depending on what’s happening, my dose will fluctuate.

Trimix T106 Up to 40 u
Hi, my question is if it’s ok to inject 2 nights in a row. The pharmacists says try to go up to 40 u if needed within 14 days. That’s a lot of trying if you get my drift. Does anyone have some experience with this you can share. If I don’t get the results I want they will adjust the dose and give me another course free within those 14 days.

Hey everyone, I’m really new to trimix and I’m having some issues. It’s actually a strange issue because the problem I’m having is the trimix either doesn’t work or it gives me an erection that lasts over 4 hours and i have to use the antidote. Because of this, my doctor switched me to Bimix but I’m still having the exact same issue. It’s went like this:

Trimix
1st shot - 5 units, not much happened
2nd shot - 10 units, lasted 4hrs, had to take antidote
3rd shot - 7 units, not much happened
4th shot - 8 units, perfect and lasted 2 hours
But….
5th shot - 8 units, not much happened
Logically, the next should be 9units right?
6th shot - 9 units, lasted 4hrs, had to take antidote

Switch to Bimix
1st shot - 10 units, not much happened
2nd shot - 15 units, lasted 4hrs, had to take antidote
(I went to 15 because 10 really didn’t do much at all)

It feels like my ‘effect dose’ and my ‘too much’ dose are very close for both trimix and Bimix. I think I’m going to try 12 units of Bimix next, but I’m really worried it’s going to swing in either direction again. These shots have been almost life-changing for my sex life so I don’t want to give up. Anyone else run into issues like this?
