Yesterday, I got a fare alert saying that my Alaska Air flight was now $169 lower. But when I called Alaska, they said it was only down by $8. Then today I got another alert saying the price went down by $276. Again, I called Alaska and they said it went down by only $10.

Is this common? I get that fares change often. But does anyone ever get the full refund that TripIt alerts you about?

In just decided to give TripIt a try since it seemed to have everything I was looking for in a travel itinerary tool. What it doesn't have - and I couldn't find any other tool that did - is a task tracking tool. preferably one that works well integrated with TripIt.

For example, if I plan to fly to Thailand next summer, create a task and remind me about 9 months before to check the Visa regulation, 6 months before that to book a flight, 3 months before that the activities, etc.

I am trying to get away from Excel and would like to rely entirely on iphone and ipad.

Several trips are missing on my phone. I tried clearing the data and cache. Still gone. Same for the website. My travel partner on this trip also do not show the trip.

I love tripit but this is frustrating. Is this happening to anyone else? Ideas?

Long time user and Pro subscriber. Recently had major problems with email forwarding. One from a major airline can’t be processed. I tried uploading a screenshot in the app as a workaround, but that didn’t work properly either.

The other email didn’t work at all, no reply and I had to manually request support. It seems like support manually pushed it through as it was processed an hour later according to email I received.

In any event, mail forwarding is the only reason J use this app and it’s broken with no notice or communication from TripIt, so I’m looking for an alternative. Not just flight tracking like Flighty, but full itinerary.

Any suggestions?

My Tripit PRO suddenly stopped automatically importing travel plan emails since a month ago. I tried to manually send the emails to plans@tripit.com and I STILL can't get my plans into Tripit that way either which is super weird. I removed auto-inbox sync and re-enabled it and according to google, my gmail is set up properly and inbox sync is active. The only Tripit support I can find is a knowledge database, which is not helpful. Any ideas for me?

A long time TripIt user. I am using it after a while. I have sent out flight itinerary, hotels and airbnb stays via email to plans@tripit.com. But they do not show up in my account at all... What is going on?
