running 14.5km for 2 years + & added calisthenics - how is the progress?
sorry for the trash quality. My back camera was shaking. How’s the progress so far? Been running 14.5km for 2 years, and last year I added push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, lower belly work, Russian twists, standing crunches, and recently pull-ups

Not competing this year- likely next year 51- 195- 5’10”
51, 195lbs, 5’10” -still need to build mass everywhere but working towards competing next year. Just finished a push about a month ago. Currently in a hold phase.
