As the title says...today evening 7 20 pm lulu pvr....heard alpha is more of a decent movie storywise...so it will be a good theatre watch...so anyone up?

I see many posts here regarding meet ups, trying to make friends and all that.

Some of you might come from different parts of trivandrum. Rural or semi urban, there will be sights, nature and unexplored places where you can possible explore with a redditor and maybe make good memories.

Another idea would be grouping based on interests. Like if one is interested in photography may go for a photography walk and may help those interested in pursuing that hobby.

Likewise for those interested in culture, nature or movies or bike rides.

I'm 24 M if any F intrested in watching a movie on my lap do dm I'll be here till 12. No creepy intensions... Just watch a movie grab a chai and split.

I, 30M, landed in Tvm today and this is my first visit. Will be here for nearly a week. Went out for lunch and short walk only to find out many hotels are closed and there are very few ppl on the streets. The city seems to be less busy than Chennai. Lets see how it goes.

I’m new to Thiruvananthapuram and I’ll only be here for about a week. Maybe it’s just culture shock, but I genuinely feel like everyone here keeps to themselves.

I’ve been to cafés, walked around, explored a bit, and it feels like nobody really interacts with strangers. Back where I’m from, random conversations happened a lot more naturally.

Is this just how TVM is, or am I looking in the wrong places?

I’d love to meet new people, grab a coffee, hit the beach, explore good food spots, or just have a chill conversation. Any recommendations for places where people are actually open to socializing?
