I am two art pieces away from adding platinum number 20 to my collection. I must say- Fk this trophy and F**k the game design for the trophy😂 It’s such a lazy half assed Ubisoft trophy man, like I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for 1 single art piece for the trophy. You can’t turn the game off or pause the game either for the timer tied to this trophy to work. I love the game don’t get me wrong but man this last bit for the trophy hunt was god awful, I don’t like the platinums tied to RNG. This is as annoying of a trophy to get as Dark souls 3🫩***** Proof of concord kept took weeks to get *

[Discussion] What guys keep you motivated in hunting?

This year i took my Platinum trophy no.100 with a dear friend of mine, and it has been a quite a journey..but i also started to ask myself if there should be something more to mark the achievement.
Obviously the Platinum itself is the reward, but I mean something that makes completing a game feel a bit more meaningful or memorable.
I’m not necessarily talking about anything with real monetary value. It could be customization, badges, titles, collectibles, some kind of progression, exclusive stuff, physical rewards, whatever.

If PlayStation ever expanded the whole reward side of trophy hunting, what would actually motivate you or feel genuinely satisfying to unlock after getting a Platinum?

Just curious what other trophy hunters think about this.

[Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] - Absolutely Great Storytelling with Mediocre Gameplay

Game Description

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice tells the story of the Celtic warrior Senua, who travels to the Norse underworld of Helheim to save the soul of her murdered lover. What makes it special is that Senua suffers from severe psychosis: instead of a classic action-adventure, players experience her hallucinations and the whispering voices in her head firsthand.

All About Trophies

This is a very straightforward 100%. Almost everything is story progression, and the only real extra task is the hunt for the Lorestone collectibles. Completing it is fast, and the achievement list requires no hard combat challenges, multiplayer wins, or tedious postgame grinding. A guide helps immensely as the collectibles are the easiest thing to miss, but overall the set is very accessible.

My Personal Opinion

am simply speechless. [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] genuinely blew me away. I have played many games in my life, entered many worlds, experienced many hero stories, but this game .... oh wow .... simply deserves a huge, special place in my heart. Maybe I'm just a bit too hyped right now and fanboying a little too much, but [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] is one of the best games I have ever played.

It's not that the story itself - it is super extraordinary or that the gameplay is totally innovative – it's the way it tells its story and how it handles the topic of mental illness. A topic that everyone likes to keep quiet about, and even when those affected talk about it, outsiders can hardly imagine what it's like and how it must feel for them. This is where [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] simply shines. The visual power it uses, the music that fits so perfectly especially towards the end and highlights the mood. The way the entire narrative is staged. The handling of grief and trauma – all of this is just incredibly well staged and simply unique and amazing.

I don't actually find the story itself all that special, but it provides the perfect framework for everything around it. Gameplay-wise, [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] clearly falls behind other games for me. It has a nice enough combat system and the puzzles are somewhat okay, but they also get repetitive quickly. The game definitely left some potential on the table there, but that doesn't take away from the fun at all. [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] thrives on other things, and that's totally fine.

Would I Recommend the Game?

A simple YES! is definitely an understatement here. I consider this title an absolute must-play and an experience that everyone simply has to experience at least once. It is just unique and does so much right in so many places.
The game is not for everyone and I can understand why it doesn't appeal to some people. Plus, it addresses heavy themes that you have to be able to handle. [Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice] very often touches you on a personal level and is a game that affected me emotionally on many different levels.

nd it was the first game in a long time where tears were rolling down my cheeks at the end. What a fantastic journey and I find it so sad that it's over now. One of the few titles where I wish I could experience it for a second time for the very first time.

CALL OF DUTY ZOMBIES

I am a simple man, I want to get every single cod platinum/trophy on PS4/5

My plan is to do these games:

Black ops 1 PS4/5

Black ops 2 PS4/5

Black ops 3 PS4

Black ops 4 PS4

Advanced warfare PS4

Ghosts PS4

Infinite warfare PS4

WW2 PS4

The main issue is zombies, I love zombies but I'm ass and need a full squad for a good few of the Easter eggs/trophies so I'm looking for 3 guys who are ideally:

Decent at zombies Knows the Easter eggs/strategies (not necessary but helps) Keen to get the trophies themselves or help me lol GMT timezone (not necessary but helps lol)

I want to do black ops 1 and 2 on PS4 and PS5 so gotta do some double ups I don't know about doing advanced warfare,ghosts or black ops on PS3, depends on how well this goes lol

Also need to buy the season pass on PS3 before the store shuts down but time will tell No black ops 2 on PS3 cuz unobtainable plat so I CBA lol

Bugged Trophies? All Playing Cards & Legacy Collectibles not unlocking.

I just finished finding all the playing cards and legacy mementos, but neither of the trophies popped for me. I'm playing on PS5.

New Sheriff In Town.

Who said “Crime Doesn’t Pay”? After 13 years of causing destructions in Los Santos, I have been promoted as part of the 0.1%ers. One of the biggest stars in the city was never part of the plan and here I am; The New Sheriff in town. If things go as planned, hopefully I can get a transfer and bring order to Vice City and possibly pursue that same experience chasing other platinum trophies.

[Other] Pocket PSN's giant update has arrived

Just some notes:

This is for the website at PocketPSN.com -- App updates have to be done in smaller batches and are coming soon. First thing coming to the app (other than some speed improvements) is the lists -> backlog tracker change.

This is an extremely large update. There will more than likely be a few bugs here and there. Also, read this if you're having issues with your game completion %

SITE WIDE UI & BACK-END CHANGES

  • Complete overhaul of progress percentage especially when it comes to DLC
  • Tons of local caching has been implemented to speed up load times for returning users
  • True dark mode (instead of shades of dark purple) has been added and the default is whatever your system is set to
  • Removed the side navigation for a traditional header navigation
  • There is a new changelog page which will allow you see code pushes
    • Note that just because a code has been pushed does not mean that it's live yet

NEW!!! LISTS HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A FULL FLEDGED BACKLOG TRACKER

  • All of your lists have been turned into a kanban style backlog tracker
    • You can drag and drop games into each column (Backlog, In Progress, Completed)

    • You can still add to your backlog from the games page if you happen to come across a game you like as well
  • Each backlog has stats and will update as you move items across the columns

SEARCH

  • Searching is now pseudo auto-complete
    • After the first 3 characters, any additional characters typed will perform a search
  • The search box now brings up a separate search window
  • Searching has been broken down by category so you can search games OR dlc OR gamers
    • This was done to speed up searching and alleviate resources used with auto-complete as odds are people searching for a game dont care about users with the same partial name for example

  • Logged in users who visit a game will see their earned trophies
    • This has been requested as a QoL change for a while and I just never got around to it - Now y'all don't have to click a game from your profile to see your trophies for a game
  • You can now hover over the earned rate % to see the Pocket PSN earned rate %
  • Like the app, game accent colors will be programmatically based of the games banner image
  • There is now a tabbed charts where the old box art used to be
    • The first chart shows all the earned trophies for that game in the last 60 days
    • The second chart shows rarity breakdown of the game compared to the average across all gmes
    • Tab selection will be stored as a cookie so whenever you go visit any other game, that tab will load on default
