Ceci Neri Hummus

Although hummus is typically made with white chickpeas, which are mild in flavor, soft in texture, and readily available, it can also be made with other chickpea varieties, like “ceci neri” from southern Italy. They not only give the spread a darker color but also a more pronounced, nutty flavor.

Hummus With Garlic? Yes or No

I've always made my hummus with garlic and prefer it that way. Many people cannot digest garlic, so I'm sure they would prefer not to have it for understandable reasons. I'm just curious what others think on this topic. Should hummus have garlic in it? Yes or No
