Never falling for the ER/omnivamp bait

I’m not sure how fogged is doing it, but he’s destroying in games with omnivamp builds running ER.

I’ll just stick with my attack speed builds, running his build is absolute torture and makes Trynd giga useless. Omnivamp is a fake stat for him too.

When do you build Inf Edge/ skip it? And

Seems like a never skip core item to me. Like Crit is trynds whole idendity and it gives pretty much 35% more dmg (or even 45? I am not even sure right now. But more dmg anyways).

In comparison i see that everyone here prefers to build yuntal, ldr/mr or phantom dancer instead.

I know trynd shouldnt build more than 2 (maybe 3 ) crit items due to crit in his passive. But:

- LDR gives like 15% more dmg against tanks while seryldas also gives the % armorpen. So inf edge has more dmg.

- phantom dancer can be bought lategame instead of boots, so while i get the appeal, i'd rather build it (or inf edge) later as a third item

- yuntal feels weird on trynd due to him being an early champ. I get that it scales well but the item path is horrible and needing to stack the item first also feels weird because it delays the powerspike even 1 minute/ 2 minutes further back

Also: why rarely flickerblades? I get its not that strong of an item in stats, but the passive seems huge for all ins and stick potential or even just lane sustain.

If i had to choose to just have 2 crit items in my builld, wouldnt i just go for the "unique" passives that no other item can substitute? Haste and crit dmg. Inf Edge and Flickerblades.

Armorpen can be substituted by seryldas. Ms and as can be substituted by many other items. Lethality from collector by many others, etc.

Are the stats of having yuntal, LDR, etc. Simply so costeffective that they are worth it, even if they arent so unique? Let me know your thoughts.

Tryndamere item build path

Hi everyone, I feel like I lost this game to shopkeeper. Did I make the right call rushing Essence Reaver first?

This game I went ER into Infinity Edge, but then Volibear was problematic so I went for LDR instead of Serylda’s Grudge, which ended up overcapping my crit by 25%. I feel like the ER was bait. I should've instead rush bork, infinity edge and then LDR into Endless hunger's.
I know the meta right now is usually to go ER -> IE but this game didn't feel ER -> IE...

New statikk shiv on Teemo feels oppressive

I've played a few games against Teemo recently and gotten worked in lane. I was pretty confident laning against him throughout 2025 and most of 2026. I've noticed it's the Statikk Shiv Teemo's that feel completely different. Anyone else notice this?

I still can't quite put my finger on all the reasons why. One thing I just noticed is that the Shiv proc's his E, so if there happens to be a friendly minion wave between me and him, he can E me from the other side of the screen. I think there's more to it than just this, but still trying to figure it out. Open to thoughts and observations.

What would be the most cruel malphite build you can think of?

This one for me.... steelcaps randuins frozen heart to nullify damage

Thornmail, heartsteel and gauntlet to kill us

Sometimes your only job is to trigger flashes and absorb abilities

Do you agree? There are some games where i cant deal a lot of damage but i sure trigger some flashes by surprisr spinnings and i will tank so much damage and abilities that you would have a total overkill... and my team has an easier job then. Which i am fine with if we win.

So trynda can play many roles. Even as a tank.

The best rated tryndas build collector?

According to u.gg the top 3 players build the collector in a majority of their games. Do you kniw the reasons?

Personally i think its a bit weak statwise and that 5% is in reality against a 3k hp target just 150 true damage at best at the very end and is in many cases not even needed, so i never really liked this item, but it seems to be popular? What do u think?

I hate ER on Trynda

Hi I am plat Riven Main but played trynda as my First otp I have 19 Mastery so quite some Games and I feel Like ER is just horrible! I get the Idea but I approach Building a Bit different I almost always like to Go lethality (PR-C-LDR..) with Hail of Blades and there Fire I kill Most champs with in my hail of blades aa. And when I play Lethal with RH I prefer PD with swifties into LDR so you can just keep hitting(I Build this mostly into tanks) bcs you are unkillable from the life steal and the LDR does gods work against tanks. I tried ER multiple times and under stand th E into aa dmg is good but realisticly u dont Need that Late game with lethality and you dont lack dmg in lane no matter what.

The only build where I would understand ER is a side lane build with Hullbreaker maybe. Gimme your thoughts

Best trynda mid build?

I'm playing mid because I feel like there are less bad af matchups than top lane.

What do u guys think it's the best build for mid? hob for sure, but what about items?

Ravenous hydra or profane hydra? (rest of the items too, plz) 😃

Does Tryndamere scale better than Dr.Mundo?

Was fighting quite a few of these players recently.

Not sure what to do. Am I supposed to play aggressive or farm? I can only assume Dr.Mundo falls off because damage outscales tankyness. But I only recently fought a bunch of times and don't know what hes strong at.

For those who have a good amount of experience fighting him, what should I do?

How to not be useless mid / late

Most games, I will smash the enemy laner, take their tower, maybe the second, go take other lanes towers, get more kills, insanely fed, up 2/3 items on all other players + 4 levels or so. And yet my team struggles to end or do anything. Often times they slow feed the enemy adc to the point that they do the same damage I do except at range, enter mid / late and I become useless. Am I just sucking up too much gold? What can I do to help my team end when I am mega fed on trynd. This is a major leak in my game and I'm not sure how to make it happen. Playing in Emerald 3/4 generally.

I also normally split, this will pull 1/2 characters from the enemy team but my team will consistently just get cooked in a 4v3 / 4v4. Idk if I'm doing somehting wrong or if this is just poor teammates. idkkk
