If Two And A Half Men were made today it would have been called woke:
Sure! It somewhat pokes fun at the sexual spectrum. But let’s take a short look at things: Evelyn dates a trans woman, (when she realizes that he! May have shoes that may potentially fit her!).
Aian «struggles», (sometimes), with his sexual side, and is very feminine
Charlie dates a woman who has a daughter who date both men, and women.
Evelyn have several Gay friends.
Charlie, and Alan pretends to be Gay so Charlie can keep his manager, (or job provider ! i forget what his involvement were!).
There are probably even more stuff in there. But these are just some things I can think off in passing.

I just want to say as a straight man I am an ally, and supportive off the lgbtq community. Just a funny little thought I had about how «progressive», (and I am using «» because it feels relevant for this day of age!), the show was at the time!

Seriously. The episode where he moves in with Lindsey and Melissa comes back for a bit. I’m sitting here like you idiot! Take tinkerbell with knockers she’s better than Lindsey in every way.

In the early seasons, he was amazing. It's easy to see how he became one of the highest paid child stars.

What was the best reference that you guys enjoyed from the last two episodes of season 12?

In Corey's Been Dead for an Hour (S4 E9), Charlie finds Alan's stash of money and will only return it if Alan agrees to spend it all.

Alan says he has financial anxiety and he keeps that money as a back up so he doesn't end up homeless. Charlie then insinuates that he should spend that money regardless since Alan will always be able to live with him till he's gone.

Alan tries to reaffirm this and question Charlie's sincerity, "Really, you mean, no matter what? I can always count on you?"

Charlie ponders for half a second and then tosses the money back at Alan saying "keep the money".

Deep down, did Charlie really mean it but decided to avoid answering because he didn't want to be vulnerable, or did he have second thoughts and change his mind?

Hey I'm trying to remember which episode this is.

Charlie is going to go out to dinner and Alan is sighing because he wants to go, but doesn't want to impose.

He says he'll have a popsicle, finally Charlie asks if he wants to go.

Then Charlie curls up behind Alan and says let's get something hot in you before we get something hot in you.

Alan: I'll just have a popsicle

Charlie: Oh you'll be getting the popsicle.
