Hey guys, need some urgent advice on reporting someone to actual authorities here.

I was talking to a guy on Reddit and he offered to pay me for "services". I was honestly just playing along at first, but when I eventually said no, he got aggressive and started insulting me. It completely creeped me out.

He gave me his name and through some digging, I managed to find out his full name, his socials, and I have photos, the business he runs in dubai plus all the chat screenshots saved.

Where can I report this to the authorities in the UAE completely anonymously? I have all the proof, but I really don't want my own name attached or to deal with any personal backlash. Any advice on the safest channel to use would be appreciated!
