Pilots argue that sudden appearances of UAPs may lead to a loss of situational awareness or to emergency manoeuvres, fearing that the phenomena could temporarily cause malfunctions in aircraft sensors and communication systems

Pilot watches a UAP fly down the runway at Ft Lauderdale Airport

I noticed a bright circle about the size of a city bus flying down the runway WESTBOUND at a very high speed. Speed was approximately twice or triple the speed of a regular departing aircraft (A321). It flew low at about 50ft and as it approached the end it ascended vertically at high speed and disappeared.

"I was highly pressured by my company not to talk about those things(UAP) anymore" -- Commercial Pilot

Flight Safety should not have to be compromised for millions of passengers every day.

Pilots should not fear job loss for reporting UAP inflight. They should be given training and awareness of the impacts of UAP during their training and be provided with ongoing training...FAA should require the Current NARCAP Advisory to be posted on the FAA website for All Pilots awareness.
