Will I get in trouble for bringing an escort to my dorm?

I’m gonna be turning 19 soon. My dad sent me a few hundred dollars for my birthday and told me, “Go throw a party and buy drinks for your friends.”

The problem is that I don’t really have any friends here, and I’ve honestly never even been invited to a party before.

When I first came to Canada I tried drinking by myself a few times, but I didn’t enjoy it and ended up throwing up.

So instead I’ve decided to spend the money on a prostitute so I can finally lose my virginity.

The issue is that I can’t afford both the service and a hotel room, so I was thinking about bringing her back to Baker House instead. Has anyone ever done this before? I don’t want to get into trouble with housing.

Also, I still want it to feel romantic, so I’m planning to take her on a date beforehand. Please let me know if this sounds okay:

- Dinner at Triple O’s on campus
- Walk around Baker House and the new dorms
- Watch Netflix together (maybe Family Guy because it has a lot of sexual jokes and might help set the mood)
- Sex

Any help would be appreciated.

looking for work / need advice

i never post on Reddit but i am struggling a little so i thought i'd try!
i have a job right now but i work closings/nights and i don't think i'll be able to continue with my new schedule: Calculus 3 + Transition to Advanced Math, Mon-Fri, ~10am-1pm.
ideally i'd like to work something like ~2pm-8pm. giving me time to study, be with my wife, and stay active in the gym. i know ideal isn't possible most of the time, but i'm hoping that aiming for it will at least land me a job with hours close to that. i've applied to more places than i can count and received nothing.
my main question: does anyone know any jobs hiring (in-person or remote, Chilliwack or Abbotsford) that could accommodate this?
any other advice or reality checks are super welcome too! if i didn't give enough context please ask for more! :3

Book Lists

Hey everyone, I am taking a few English and History classes in the Fall. I'm very curious to see if anyone else has taken the same course/instructor combinations before and can let me know what the text books were for you when you took the course.

I'm taking

ENGL170G (Science Fiction) with Amy Tang

ENGL 201 with Melissa Walter

ENGL 202 with Alex Wetmore

And

HIST 115 with Eiji Okawa

Also, if anyone has any advice or tips for the courses, feel free to let me know.

Volunteer hours for nursing

Hi everyone,

Im currently preparing my application for Sept 2027/Jan 2028 and have straight As in all my prereqs, first aid scheduled for July, Casper test scheduled for September, but I cannot for the life of me seem to get healthcare volunteer hours.

Im located in Langley, Ive applied to every hospital from Delta to Chilliwack except for Burnaby and Langley as they are not accepting volunteer applications right now. Still waiting for a few hospitals to get back to me but so far maple ridge, and delta have sent me notice I was not accepted as Im not a resident to those cities.

Im wondering what other volunteer opportunities would be eligible - Im hoping for something as "patient facing" as possible.

Any suggestions are super appreciated!
