What do you guys keep in your cars to prep for day to day? Not talking about keeping a tent, diesel generator and a small armoury in case the zombie apocalypse happens on your way to work but every day stuff? For example, I keep a fire extinguisher in my car. Interested to hear what others keep

Title, im a total beginner and before i start prepping for world war 3 on a budget lol i want too for a week, then a month etc.

With food prices going up, what should i buy before theyre double the price? And im not gonna ask the dreaded common "where do i start from scratch prepping for doomsday" question, but does anyone have any links or posts i can read for that ⁉️👀

With the heat wave rn, and considering how to keep the house cool, I've been investigating various ways to keep my house cool (this is prep related I promise). After looking round I think I've decided on retrofit aluminium shutters like they have in Europe. Then realised the prep possibilities. There are different options for the opening and closure, so thinking I'll go with the dual electric and manual option, electric for the average UK heatwave, manual for shtf situations. Ok it's not cheap, but would mean I can protect my house in the event I need to. Has anyone had these kinds of shutters fitted? What are your experiences?
