Commuter/ parking/ student experience

Hey yall, I recently have been accepted for the Fall and will be commuting for classes. I don’t know much about the school and was wondering how parking works and if anyone else has had positive commuter experiences? Is there a certain parking garage I should look out for? I’ll be doing the prehealth post-bacc program so lots of science classes if that helps with parking advice. Thank yall!

Apartments/roommate housing

Hey! I'm interested in coming to this school in Spring 2026 but I do want to move into the area prior through attending GTCC.

My requirements:

- Has to have a guarantor program (if its an apartment complex)

- $700~ with utilities included

- One room/one bathroom per person.

- Preferably Females only

- Preferably Students only

I tried looking at Greensboro roommate Facebook groups but they seem scammy or inactive. Apartment complexes that ive looked into often don't have that guarantor option I'm looking for and currently as of now I can't make 2-3x the rent.

I plan on residing in the city, so dorms where id have to leave for breaks isn't ideal.

I also don't mind driving from another city into Greensboro (like Winston Salam or High Point).

If there is anything out there, let me know!

Need apartment recommendation

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a 1-bed/1-bath apartment for myself.

Since I will be living by myself, I need somewhere safe to live.

Also, I want to know the price range.

I will be moving to UNCG from Oregon by late June.

All the comments will help me a lot!
