Hello, my fiancée and I are looking to sublet out our 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Spartan Crossing Apartments for the December/January through July leasing period.

Spartan Crossing is primarily student housing but is also open to non-students. Our stay here the past couple years has been great but we are moving to conventional as we graduate. The apartment is a very short drive from UNCG and NCAT.

All amenities and furniture + appliances except electricity are included in the rent. The bed spaces are rented separately at ~$915 each month. We are willing to provide more pictures upon personal request. We hope our space can be as great for some of you as it was for us while we move onto our next chapter!

If you guys have anybody in the athletics department that you can speak to, please try to convince them to get the homecoming soccer game back on the schedule. This would really suck and would be incredibly disappointing and frustrating to not have a homecoming game for three straight years. And it would be incredibly disappointing to have it be canceled because of an injury to the other team where everything related to the actual outcome of the injury has been determined and where the player sent out a social media post saying that they are OK now.
