What dining options are at the UNL Dining Halls?

I’m an upcoming freshmen at UNL and I chose the Unlimited Meal Plan. I was wondering what kind of food there even is. (I was also wondering if there are coffee bars, specifically in Cather)

Cornhusker Marching Band exhibition concert Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Stadium.

A reminder that this year's Cornhusker Marching Band exhibition concert is on Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. in Memorial Stadium. This is a different day of the week than previous years due to the Boys from Oklahoma concert in the stadium the previous weekend.

"It will be the same Husker fun and spirit—just a different night," said Tony Falcone, senior lecturer and associate director of bands and the director of the Cornhusker Marching Band.

Fans attending the Cornhusker Marching Band exhibition concert should enter Memorial Stadium through Gates 3 and 11 (southwest and northwest entrances, respectively). Gates will open at 6 p.m.

Trying to afford UNL as an Iowa resident — any way around out-of-state tuition?

Trying to afford UNL as an Iowa resident — any way around out-of-state tuition?
I’m doing one year at MCC and planning to transfer to UNL in Fall 2027 for Mechanical Engineering. UNL is basically my closest realistic option for the degree, but out-of-state tuition is around $900+ per credit, which I just can’t afford.
I live in Iowa and thought about moving to Nebraska to establish residency, but I’m 17 right now and don’t turn 18 until December, so I’m not sure I’d be able to establish residency in time.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Are there any reciprocity programs, tuition waivers, scholarships, residency exceptions, or other ways to get the cost closer to in-state tuition?
