i am 25M . looking to prepare for uppcs along with my tech job (12 lpa ) . do you think it will be worth giving a shot ??

is it possible to crack the exam within 3 years of prep ?? i am general and from Delhi.

Any Idea, how many of first timers and how many of those who have given uppsc mains earlier have appeared for mains this year?

I mean to ask, how much is the ratio of first time mains givers as compared to experienced ones?

As the title says, the Up lekhpal paper has already leaked? I have heard that some group of boys in Delhi leaked the paper.

I have already prepared for UPSC and want to appear in UPPCS as well. Someone please tell how to prepare the additional things for UPPCS. I have read the syllabus and now I wanted to know the sources for preparation for the upcoming 2026 exam. Please someone having experience of both the exams guide me on this.

We formed a group 10 days ago for UPPSC 26 and it’s going well. We are currently focusing on one Prelims and one Mains subject at a time, alongside daily Current Affairs.

​We are a team of 5 and can add 2 or 3 more members, provided they are serious candidates. We are specifically looking for people who are not first-time aspirants—basically, you should have enough foundational knowledge to keep up with the group's pace.

I have given two UPPCS 2 interviews in first two attempts...2023, 2024, expecting to be in the final list of 2024 but failed...gave 2025 uppcs mains also but went not well due to interview of 2024 ...I am feeling very hopeless for further attempts...I did my best in 2024 but out...what improvement further I need to do...and is UPPCS a luck based exam as seen in 2024 results 00 01 or hardwork gets paid off...no energy left in me to prepare for this uncertain exam further...kya karna chaiye?

so there is a lot of confusion going in my head if you guys can help recently I am done with 1st year of my college And I am confuse that whether I should go for ssc and uppsc Academically I am good I am confused about my potential I left maths after 10 class if I go for ssc I have to put extra effort there in maths In uppsc, I don't know how long it would take to get selected I come from financially weak background I can't afford offline coaching for uppsc even if i get selected in ssc after 2-3 year of prep I am not sure if I would get the time in job to prepare for uppsc because my end goal is to be a pcs officer I am confused whether rn I should start for uppsc prep or ssc prep

I don't have anybody to guide if you guys can help I will be greatful

I’m preparing seriously for UPPCS (both Prelims and Mains) and looking for good YouTube channels that actually add value, not just surface-level content.
I need help with:
GS (concept clarity + answer writing)
Current affairs (especially relevant for UPPCS)
UP-specific content (history, economy, schemes, etc.)
Would really appreciate suggestions from people who have prepared or cleared UPPCS/UPSC.
Please mention channels that helped you personally or are genuinely worth following. Trying to avoid wasting time on random content.

I will be entering the last year of my degree in July of 2026 and will receive my degree in September of 2027. I really want to appear for the prelims exam. I don't mind if I'm rendered ineligible for mains or an interview due to my graduation status. Will I be eligible?

2025 was my first attempt. GS and Essay went well, but am certainly getting butchered in Hindi. Most of Muhavre and more than half of Vilom are wrong. Format is correct in Letters, but expecting spelling errors in literature. Anything above 50 would be a good surprise in Hindi.

My question is whether there is a chance of making it to the interview with sub-50 score in Hindi? Because many say that GS scores are average and Hindi is what makes a difference. My Essay went really well, but I don’t think it will be able to make up for those 30-40 marks gap in Hindi.

Also, around when can we expect the mains result
