Anyone get an DOL offer? Would like to hear what they got and if anyone is currently DOL, how it is. Thanks!

Edit: Got an offer today

Would love to hear from anyone else that received this. What step did they offer? I am not sure whether I should negotiate a higher one.

Curious if anyone has had offers from Agencies outside of VA or DC like on the west coast.
