I’m a first year nursing student and I have failed two of my classes, my overall grade is under the passing average. What do I do now and what will happen to me :(

Hey guys I’m lowkey trying start a looksmaxxing soc if anyone’s interested. I’ve been watching androgenic and I lowkey got this stuff figured out. I feel like we can ascend everyone with advice providing sessions ( no hate just constructive looksmaxxing advice)

For context I was previously a 5’10 LTN and I got double jaw surgery and Masai jumps. Now I can proudly say with my head held up high that I’m a 6’1 Chad-lite with a PSL of 7.75, ( which is higher than Marlon) and I can bench a Toyota Camry

I’m an engineering student and currently in my 3rd year of study. I will have completed my 5th semester(20th course) this June. I still haven’t started to apply for summer internships yet. Is it too late? I have had a really difficult time this year in my life and as a result haven’t been able to apply.
Should I take a semester gap and try for next summer(2027)

Please help

I’m trying to get a real sense of how useful the industry connections at UTS actually are once you’re in the course, especially for things like internships and first proper roles. Do they end up opening doors in a meaningful way, or is it more that you still have to go out and find most opportunities yourself?

I have received an offer letter from UTS for this July 2026 intake.

Final offer acceptance and visa filing is in process.

Any fellow here at the same stage?

I'm high time stressing over final gs clearance and fees submission by 31st May and then thereafter visa approval.

Any tips and suggestions are welcomed.

Also in case I get through this, would love to be in connect with the people who also applied for the same intake at UTS.

For context, I had an assignment due that had a Part 1 and Part 2 component where I had 2 submission boxes for 1 assignment. I applied for the automatic extension for both assignments. But when I went to submit my assignment Monday night it says that Part 1 was submitted “late” but Part 2 was submitted “on time”. I find that strange so I go look in my email for the confirmation emails I received as I know I received two.

Voila! I find 2 emails. Both saying an extension has been granted for their respective parts (1 & 2).

I send an email to the subject coordinator that same night I submit my assessment, which they responded to me earlier today.

They acknowledged my screenshots of the automated messages regarding the 72 hour extension on Canvas. They then told me that based on system records, that the extension request was submitted and approved for Part 2 only. And that there is no extension request in their database for Part 1, and this is why Part 2 is showing as submitted on time, while Part 1 is recorded against the standard deadline.

They did not acknowledge my question I asked; will any marks be deducted? Is there anything else myself or the subject team can do?

So I sent a follow up email to them. Hopefully this situation can be fixed soon, but is there anything else I can do to help myself? I really can’t afford to lose marks in this class. As it is a prerequisite class that I need to pass to do the higher one next year. And both this class and the follow up class only run in the Autumn session. I feel as if I have done all of the right things. I have both emails from the automated system saying I have been granted the 72hr extension and I also checked the Canvas app on my phone afterwards to see if it worked and I swear I saw both submission boxes said it was due 3 days after the original deadline.

Anyway, please pray for me bc idk if this situation is even fixable and am not sure if the subject coordinator will be kind enough to put my Part 1 submission as “on time”☹️☹️☹️

I'm enrolling this July and am struggling to find suitable accommodations as backup since its unlike I get into Yura Mudang. Help!!!

I'd like to find a shared apartment or sharehouse room but I'm concerned about scammers since I have no way to physically inspect the house until I get there in July.

Yura Mudang is hard to get into, and other accomodations like Scape, Unilodge or Iglu are so insanely expensive. I've only seen horrible reviews about Scape. If anyone's experienced Unilodge or Iglu pls tell me if they're worth it for the first term or so 😭🙏 Just until I know my way around the city and find another place.

I kept telling myself I’d just catch up on lectures in my own time, but it never really works out like that. By the time the weekend comes around, I’m stuck trying to cram everything I ignored during the week and it just eats up all my free time. Feels like I’m always one step behind and paying for it later when I actually want to relax. Does that happen to everybody?

I just found out the library that requires a student ID to access has a book that’s not available online and only for sale for over 1000 bucks so if someone wouldn’t mind letting me in with them so I can read it I’ll pay you. My DMs are open.

Very late I know, but I need my student ID before Monday of next week for my Accounting final, but I just got an email today saying that it "will be available for collection in 5 working days", would it be possible to just go and ask for it. (I don't have any other form of ID other than my passport)

To anyone who uses the gym in UTS, how is it? Is it overly crowded all the time? How’s the equipment?

I have got an exam next week on what may be the day of Eid (islamic holiday). Is this a valid reason to request an alternative exam?

Anyone know what happened with the dead person outside of yara mudang about two days ago?? I’ve just seen nothing about it and curious if anyone knows what happened?

I'm passing so far as in the percentage overall of the unit but I failed the last test and I feel like I'm gonna fail this test too. I will still have a passing grade technically even if I completely fail this test but I dont wanna have to redo the unit.
