I was on this Reddit page a lot looking for advice and now that I’ve passed I want to return the favour to someone who might need it!

I used UWorld and listened to Mark K lecture 12 once.
I studied off and on for about 3wks.

My biggest piece of advice would be to READ ALL THE RATIONALES!!!!!!!!! Even the questions you get correct. Read all the rationales carefully, don’t just skim them until like a week before your test.

My second piece of advice would be not to use too many resources. Don’t overwhelm yourself.

So i recently started preparing for step 1 and now I’ve been thinking of getting an uworld subscription but i just checked the cost and damnnnn its almost ~70k for 6 months. I lost my mind for a sec cuz i was expecting it would be around 40k. Trying to get 20 people for group discount for Uworld Step 3

It has been recommended to me to read "First aid cases for the USMLE step 1." I got the book for very cheap and it is an easy read! BUT it has been very passive and is not really how I want to spend my time!

Does anyone know if there is an Anki deck for the book? I was uunable to find it, however some older reddit post says there is a deck. Please help! Thank you!

(I am still in my preclinical years and not taking step till next year.)

I normally have a hard time falling asleep but with the anxiety of tomorrow I’m worried I won’t be able to sleep at all and be not ready for my test in the morning 😭

Hey everyone,
I’m taking the NCLEX on July 13 and I’m wondering if my UWorld scores are where they should be.
My overall QBank average is 71%, and on the UWorld CAT exams I usually score between 70% and 75%.
I’m not talking about the NCLEX readiness assessment, just my regular UWorld performance.
Right now, I’ve been doing one CAT exam every day and then going through every rationale afterward, including the questions I got right. I feel like that’s been helping me improve.
For those of you who recently passed:
Are these scores considered good?
Should I be aiming for higher over the next couple of weeks?
What UWorld scores were you getting before you passed the NCLEX?
Is there a score or range that generally suggests you’re likely to pass?
Besides reviewing rationales, were there any other study strategies that made a big difference for you in the last few weeks before the exam?
I’m still studying every day, but I’m trying to figure out if I’m on the right track or if I should be doing something differently.

So I need to get UWorld Step 1, but it's obviously ridiculously expensive... I can see that people will discount their accounts after they've written the exam and basically I just want to know if this is safe? Like has anyone been scammed before or is it pretty legit and most people are trustworthy??
