Now I’m not receiving exclusive offers since being told I’ll only receive trip radars. All weekend I received exclusive offers after Ubers warning. What’s going on?

Home Depot and Lowe’s rural deliveries..
Home Depot and Lowe’s orders suck ass.. in rural communities 1-no tipping 2-the distance between those stores to the customer is not worth the gas and time.
In conclusion it has been dropping my acceptance rate as of late while waiting for orders during peak dinner hours.. Does Uber charge these companies a fee without any tipping option??
