The goddamn coffee button

Pressing that button when I need to see the damn address while avoiding hitting cars and humans, and pressing that button so it won’t immediately delete the photo I just took to give me 75 orders in the opposite direction of where I want to be, while making me accidentally accept them instead of pressing continue on the photo, was the only thing keeping me sane. I don’t know if I can continue doing what I’ve been doing for 6 years, all because they want to trick me into accepting orders so I will then cancel enough to kick me out of Gold. No matter how I try to deal with this, taking that fucking button away just cost me a lot of my income. I’m so mad.

Brutal out here

I feel like I'm not getting the orders I used to. I don't stay busy. Are they giving the deliveries to the driver's accepting everything now?

Satisfaction Rate

Does anyone know when it updates? Is it in real time? I’ve been stuck at 95% for months. What sucks is most people that are happy with our work still won’t give a thumbs up, but the tiniest problem happens, even beyond our control, people are quicker to give a thumbs down… any advice?

I need another explanation

What is going on when I arrive and the order was already picked up. I text the customer and they say they have not gotten the order, so I tell the restaurant and they remake the order, or I just tell uber that someone else picked up the order option and I have to cancel?

Also, if someone picked up the order and then canceled the order, why can’t Uber find that person and block them from the app? Why would uber want people who steal orders driving for them instead of hard working honest people?
